Hopefully the levitra engorgement will fight off the atrophy. I’ve been implanted for 5 years and get night time soft erections. I wonder if the atrophy isn’t as bad for some patients like us because the majority of men getting the implant have diabetes or had their prostrate removed and idd imagine the atrophy would be worse for them. It’s crazy that the pt141 gave such a great reaction because I read all it does is basically makes you feel horny. Seems like the source of your ED might be my psychological maybe? Took the shot yesterday at 4pm. At T+2½ hours I had a raging boner that lasted about an hour. The timing wasn't good so it more or less went away until it was time for sex at T+5 hours. Wow, crazy it didn't do anything for you. Still, the appropriate dose varies for different people. Are you going to try again with a larger dose?

If I understand your post, you reported 3½ hours after taking 2mg/.2ml. That dosage is slightly higher than the recommended dose of Vyleesi (only approved for premenopausal women) so that would seem to be a good starting point. But I wonder how you responded later in the day. Many of us report increased effect up to about 7-9 hours, with some residual into the next day. Did you get any improvement?

Also, PT-141 often is supplied by sketchy Internet vendors who source from sketchy suppliers in China. Where did you get yours?

Not FDA approved unless you get the branded Vyleesi, and then it's only approved for premenopausal women. Is prescribed off-label label for men. But at least you're getting a known product, as opposed to whatever you buy over the Internet.
