Best filler for implant?

My length is 7.25 to 7.5 inches. Girth is 6 inches. I only wanted the fillers to give me a more round and softer feel.

I worry the fat transfer will be very lumpy. I don't mind spending the money over the years.

The fat transfer needs to be done 3
Times. My surgeon suggests I do it one time, then after 3 months second time, after 3 months third time. If lumps area concern, you may look towards HA acid penile filler which is done every year. They give a round feel.

yeah that is exactly what I don't want to happen! sorry bother.

I had fillers also and mine felt that way for a while, but it's been ten years now and I'd say most of it has settled down, is firm, although clumpy in places, harder clumps. Only uniform girth enhancer I can think of would be to have a Penuma implant done. there is one guy out there that had it done that posts on X a lot, goes by Nude Spirit (@KaeEcstatic)

Thanks for posting - I've been thinking about filler for a while especially seeing this product from Urofill from dr perito. i am a little concerned though since its seems very profit driven. I've been debating whether to reach out to my implant surgeon dr patel to get his thoughts on fillers with an implant.

I did send him a my chart message, just now. I'll report back on his thoughts.

I had the UROFILL from a Perito trained Urologist in Peoria and he poked my left cylinder and most of the saline solution is gone. I can get 5 pumps before it quits. He's going to do a revision on 10/25/24 via infra pubic. My first was penoscrotal and it took me a long time to heal. I afraid of infection tool

A good implant surgeon shouldn't make that mistake. The times that I have had it done, I watched him do it . He is very careful and keeps the tip of the instrument well above the implant as he injects the HA filler. It has more weight too it and feels more solid. You will have a positive experience from this unlike other fillers.

I have injected silicone. Simular substance as the penuma filler. It is light weight and dosnt feel like part of your body. If you have time and money the best thing to do is get the HA filler. It is heavier and feels more solid. avoid the other fillers the HA seems like the only one people have a positive experience with

Penuma is not recommended after you get an implant... Too much hard plastic in there impedes blood flow

Exciting lol. I ordered on valhalla vitality 5 days ago. I think im waiting for a doctors approval confirmation still. Do you know how long it took to get the doctors approval for your prescription? Man It would be hard for me to wait to use the PT-141 if the first dose gave me a great result.

I can see the order placed in my email (Aug 30th) but I can't see any other shipping emails... I think it arrived around September 15th, so it took like 2 weeks to get here. I'm definitely excited to give it another go tomorrow!!
