my point is that if that procedure makes your dick longer , the glans might extend past the rods and assuming you cant get or keep an ercetion , especially with a implant that destroys the tissues that fill with blood .
then your glans might extend past the rods and have no support ,resuting in floppy glans .
if you had a ipp that is known to be able to expand in length ,that might not be a problem . but malleables are set in length and girth .
