Post AMS 700 surgery sensitivity

I had the AMS 700 surgery two weeks ago and the sensitivity of the tip of my penis is crazy. How much longer does that last? Otherwise everything else is going well, swelling is down and pain is min.
64 yr old, radical prostectomy March 23 which resulted in ED, tried meds, injections pumps. AMS 700 LGX 18CM Sept 20,2024

Are you circumcized?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
