Do you have the new "pulse" pump from rigicon?

Don't know what it does differently, but yes.

What exactly is the new "pulse"?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

It's the new pump from rigicon, released this year. It's supposed to be easier to use, especially to deflate

It’ll be a while before I actually go bionic (waiting on my passport to be renewed), but I figured I’d go ahead and start a journal post to document things.

XX is something I’ve dealt with for quite some time. I’d say about 20 years or so (I’m 40). It became really noticeable after I had an operation to fix peyronie’s at about age 20. I still wonder if the doc messed something up. I can’t help but think he did, but who knows? Either way, it led to some embarrassing moments in the bedroom.

Pills worked well enough, until they didn’t.I had a Doppler about 10 years ago that revealed a venous leak. Last year, I had another that revealed…SURPRISE…it had gotten quite a bit worse. Thus, the pills just weren’t enough anymore.

Because of my age and being unmarried, the idea of an implant bummed me out. Reading this forum and realizing it was my best option motivated me to go forward with it. I’m grateful for all you guys that share your experiences.

I chose Dr Hakky. He seemed on point and I got the procedure scheduled. Lo and behold, my insurance denied it as an exclusion. I then even bought another insurance that also denied it. After all that haggling, I kinda thought hope in that was lost for the moment, since there’s no way I can pay so much out of pocket right now.

I saw that AMS had a financial assistance thing, but the limited girth expansion turns me way off from that. However, seeing you guys that have gone to Dr Karaman has reinvigorated my efforts. The price seems doable with a loan and you guys all seem to vouch for him.

My plan is to go with the Rigicon Infla10ax. From what I’ve read, it’s the widest diameter of the 3, expands both length and girth, and has a lifetime guarantee. Sounds like a winner to me.

Arranging a hugely important procedure like this in a foreign country is a bit unnerving, but I trust and appreciate what I’ve read from you guys!

By the way how much did you end up paying with Dr karaman?

Thank you man. Everyone else's journals definitely helped me. I'm glad mine is doing the same for some.

Day 12!

Postby jakerip » Sun Oct 13, 2024 1:02 am

Here I am just about at the 2 week mark.

I must say, the pain has gotten remarkably less. As I stated before, the compression underwear that eliminates the skin on skin friction has been a literal God-send. I made it through work Friday with discomfort, rather than pain. Today, I completed 4 hours of my second gig delivering packages. That was lot of sitting, standing and moving. I was definitely sore at the end of it all, but not in significant pain.

I've decided I'm going to consult with my local urologist at the Mayo Clinic. It will give me a piece of mind having a second opinion. I'm not in a financial position to have a revision any time soon even if I need one. But of course, the Lord can open a door if need be. I definitely want another opinion on the cylynder tips being so far into my glans. Perhaps there is a certain amount of caution that I should cycle with. All Dr Karaman is saying is that it is normal and was done correctly. He also said my tissue is thin, whatever that means.

I contacted Dr Eid's office hoping to do a consultation with him, but they said it would cost $350. I'm not sure I want to pay so much just for an answer to a question. I'll try my local guy first.

Being that surgery with him would have cost $35k, I'm sure Perito would have a significant consultation fee as well.

A second opinion would be very interesting and informative, please update after you get it! I once had an online consultation with dr Eid but when learning about the price I lost all hope plus getting a visa for the US is complicated where I am from. But he seemed a very nice guy and if I could afford it he would be my first choice

hi jakerip, I'm following your diary, are the pain easing? How do you feel after 15 days of implantation? How and above all when did you pay for the implant, did you pay after leaving the hospital or did you have to send a bank transfer from the United States?
