3 Weeks with Boston AMS - Advice appreciated

Postby MS_Man » Sun Oct 13, 2024 5:40 pm

Hi all,

I'm new here after finding the forum via Reddit. I'm looking for advise and direction if anyone would be able to help me out.

I'm 40 years of age and suffer from MS. I'm 3 weeks post op from having a 16+1 cm RTE CXR Boston Scientific AMS 700 inserted with 80 cc in a 100 CC Conceal Reservoir in the left space of Retzius. On Friday I had my first follow up and cycle of inflating and deflating. To be honest I was taken back by the initial size. When I got home I did it again and measured. While erect the diameter is bigger by about 1cm but the length is down by 3cms.

I've been told to cycle daily to help any size loss but was also told not to expect it to be as big as it was.

He also said I was ready to go in relation to sex and masterbation but I still feel far too sore for that. The scaring hasn't completely healed and I still feel I'm swollen around that area.

I was hoping to speak to anyone that has had a similar procedure. What size I expect and if you also have an initial loss Did you regain any length and if you did how long did that process take?
I've started cycling twice a day over the last two days by inflating as much as I can and leaving it about five mins and then deflating. I've tried leaving it about 20-30 seconds then returning to see if I can pump anymore but I don't want to force the pump. I've also tried moving it either side and up and down when erect but it hurts like hell at the moment.

I'm panicking over the whole thing and just want to be doing the right thing so I'm given myself as much as I can.

I appreciate it anyone taking the time to read.

Thanks,
J

Hey MS_Man, congratulations on your implant. The first implant is the worst, absolutely is painful.. but it does get much much better. Yes I lost some length after my first implant, the girth however did get larger, give it time, 6-12 months and keep cycling, try to put one more pump in when you cannot take it any longer, leave it for about 15 mins, daily. You will get your length back or at least most of it. On my revision I had lost no girth or length, and the recovery was nothing like the original implant. Good luck and hang in there, the worst is out of the way.

Thanks for replying. Did you use to stretch it too or just cycle it? I hope I do get most of it back. I'd nearly look at different surgeons to see if I was sized correctly

I just responded to your Reddit post. I'm 4 months post surgery and have gotten back most of my length. My girth is bigger. Give it time. Cycle at least twice per day.

Just keep repeating, "it's better to have a smaller working cock, than be a bigger broke dick"

I have my 4 week post surgery appointment later this week so we are pretty close on this journey. My biggest problem is the tip is so damn sensitive and yes still pretty sore. Dreading my apt. and beginning the cycling but trust what everyone says on here. It gets better over time.

I cycled it, and another thing I do still is after I am finished making love to my wonderful wife I generally sleep with it pumped up all night, it still will get sore on the head of my pecker, but I think that is what helped me get my length back.. talk with your urologist about this, I am going to ask mine Wednesday when I see him again.

Yeah we're very close time wise. Hopefully your appointment goes well. I'm already anticipating my next one. I'm so paranoid I'm not going to regain most of what I had.

Thanks, yes this is true. It's just mentally very hard when the results appear so slow then I'm just hoping the surgeon did all he could. I read so many stories of people being under sized

Yeah I'm pumping every day and I feel like a bruised pain just under the glands when I'm doing it then for a while after I deflate. I assume that's the device inside stretching.

Yes you are correct, that will take a little more time as your glans get use to your implant. But overall every bit worth it to me...
