I went with a PCL-based filler called Ellanse. The filler is biocompatible material that has been used in surgery/grafting for decades, and it dissolves over the course of a few years. Its firm because the mass increase is from the collagen forming.

I cant remember if you are in the states, but if you are, then I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Billy Cordon or Dr. Hakky about the recircumcision / clumping removal.

Also guys please look into complications from hyaluronidase, which is the enzyme used to dissolve HA filler. There are some extremely devastating complications from the hyaluronidase that occur in some people (not common). In my opinion its not worth using if you get HA filler, and instead I'd just recommend letting the HA filler dissolve on its own, or just not getting any kind of filler at all and saving yourself from the possible complications.

I've followed your progress over the years and if i remember right, you seemed to have pretty good girth. Is there a reason you got a filler? I'm curious cause wolf and others have mentioned penile atrophy a few years after being implanted and was wondering if you've experienced it as well. I'm concerned about losing girth over time.

Theres a ton that went into why I decided on the filler.

While I didnt admit this on FrankTalk at the time, my mental health 2 years ago was in a horrible spot. I had lost my job, had a vicious breakup with my LT gf, had some nasty long term issues from covid, and my first implant was not what it used to be. To compound the issue, I eventually found out that I have a gene mutation that makes me extremely susceptible to a specific micronutrient deficiency. I found out about this mutation after I received blood testing for something completely unrelated (another story for another time), and they doctors found next to 0 of this micronutrient in my system. In fact it was so low that he had never seen this in his practicing life and only read of it during his college course work years ago. Well, some of the symptoms that specific nutrient deficiency causes psychosis, cognitive impairment, and depression. Which makes sense because I was clearly mentally impaired and I also suffered from symptoms like here screaming inside my head. It also causes your white blood cell count to drop severely, and I was getting recurring bacterial infections in my face. For example, I had cellulitis in my lips and throughout my cheek, and if I didnt take antibiotics for it, it would result in the hospital having to cut chunks of my face out.

So anyways, in my mind I felt like my life was going down hill fast and I wanted to make something better. Eventually I concluded I could make my dick better by making it more round with filler, and hey why not get the biggest baddest meanist dick (within reason). In hindsight this is illogical because the oval-ness didnt matter at all. Neither my LT gf or the 2x hookups before hand noticed anything, none of them felt anything strange during sex, and everyone enjoyed sex. But again, in my mind everything else was going to shit so might as well do that.

Regarding the nutrient stuff above: I highly recommend that anyone gets a nutrient panel and gene test done by a highly component alternative medicine doctor at some point. On the outside, I looked like the healthiest person alive and I led (still lead) an extremely health life style (dont drink, dont smoke, make all my own food, dont each dessert, dont cheat meal, ect, eat highly nutrient rich foods), and I still had a life-changing nutrient deficiency. If you are going into a surgery like an IPP, then I think its one of the most important things to do to make sure your body's nutrients levels (and therefore immune system and healing capacity) are fully functioning.

I also repeat this again: the oval-ness of your implanted dick likely wont matter at all, and don't worry about what society says about big dicks. Its just a modern day myth and, in my opinion, society is over/hypersexualized.

Thanks for sharing. I’m not in good place myself, absolutely terrified what going down the implant path will lead to given my age and infection/failure rates. This affects my mental health quite a bit and I’m depressed most of the time. I try to gain some encouragement by reading success stories on here but the -ve ones make me question if it’s worth it. At this point, my desire for sex seems to have died.

Hi, I'm curious what kind of nutrient was it, and is this something that shows up in any regular blood test such as complete blood count? Or which kind of test do you need to determine this?

Did you get that nutrient to normal levels by taking vitamins or something like this? And are you completely recovered now?

Hope you are well

Hi Discover,

The nutrient in question is folate, also known as vitamin B9.

It is very easy to test for, but I'm do not think its something that shows up in a "regular" blood test in the US. I've had many blood tests in my life for things like sports, pre-surgery testing, general interest, ect, and never once did anyone test for folate before I went to this specific doctor. But all you need to do is ask for a RBC folate test. Please note that this is different than a serum folate test, which can show false-high folate results if you just ate a high folate meal or took a high folate supplement. RBC folate test is a more accurate test showing how much folate is in your red blood cells and is more consistent regardless of what you recently ingested.

I was able to completely reverse the folate deficiency through diet alone, which meant eating high folate foods every day. To do this, I ate organic romaine lettuce, oranges, and beef/chicken liver every day, along with other supporting foods like melons. Foods like beef and salmon will also add some folate to you diet.

But let me tell how tricky things can get with health and nutrition in regards to folate.

There is a significant portion of the human population that has a MTHFR gene mutation. This causes the afflicted person to have inefficient folate processing/metabolism. To complicate things further, there are a whole set of different sub gene pairings within MTHFR that can affect how well the person absorbs folate.

These genes matter for 2 reasons:
1. The afflicted people will need higher levels of food-derived folate from unfrozen sources. As much as frozen food can be a convenience, it is actually a destroyer of folate in plant foods (but not in meat) - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22983767/ - study shows that in some plants, like Cauliflower, 95% of the folate is destroyed by the 3rd month of freezing
2. Depending on what variation of gene pairings you have within MTHFR, you may not be able to handle folate supplements. I am one of those people. If I ingest any kind of folate supplement, even the kind that is marketed as best (methylfolate), I will go insane. What I mean is that the folate supplements will cause me to become extremely anxious and depressed for 3-5 days even after I stop taking them. Folic acid is also known to be extremely difficult for many people to process because of its synthetic structure and can actually block people from processing "real" folate.
3. The gene testing for MTHFR and its sub variants are extremely complicated. Its relatively easy to see if someone has the main MTHFR mutation, but understanding which sub/related gene pairings cause them to be intolerant to supplements and which forms is still being researched. Therefore there is a lot of experimenting that an individual needs to do. My recommendation would just to eat high quality foods such as the ones I mentioned above, and to make sure that if you are relying on plants for your folate, that they have not been frozen first. You may not know how long the grocery store / manufacturer had that food frozen.

The above journey with this particular nutrient deficiency is why I highly recommend that everyone does full nutrient panel testing, research which nutrient tests are the most accurate, and then utilizes a combination of diet and smart supplementation to correct that deficiencies, and then retest multiple times. And to do all of this before going into surgery. The immune system is a highly complex part of immune biology (like as aspects of human biology) and even just one nutrient deficiency can cause it to break down (folate is required for your body to produce white blood cells, but mainstream health experts almost never reference folate in regards to immune health and they basically only focus on zinc and vitamin c for some reason).

While I have no evidence of this claim, I suspect that many implant infections were a result of nutrient deficiencies that may not be obvious. For example, I was likely folate deficient most of my life, and it didnt really become critical until last year due to lifestyle changes I made for work.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.
