Dr Clavell goes into detail about the importance of cycling. Perhaps that might help clarify things a bit for you.

ofc i have seen this and other videos. But Clavell also does not explain the science behind it or anything related to length regain.

Several brothers in here told me to hang in there, (cycle...cycle...cycle) it will get better and larger. The plus, I gained a hard dick, I gained some girth, but I did loose some length, (From 7 to 6) but two pluses are better than none. I don't miss that 1/2 - 1 inch. And now, she doesn't either. Hi stampede, don't want to bring you down but given your pre-op size (7,6inches BPEL, congrats btw) only 21 cm of implant seems too low, unless you have an almost non-existing crux. You probabily need something like 24-25 cm long implant.
keep in mind that
- with cycling you will surely improve (probably around 1-2cm more) but reaching your pre-op length will be very hard with this implant
- if you will need a revision in the future go to another doctor and ask for a bigger implant, almost certainly you will recover more size (there are cases here that people recovered size with bigger implants even after years)
post the name of your surgeon in the signature, so maybe you will save other people in the future.

What's the most in cm you could expect/hope to gain from cycling/exercises? Does it also depend on the implant?

Re: Devastating Length Loss
with cycling compared to immediate post-op length, I would say maximum 1-2 cm more.
With LGX that expands in length maybe something more.

Re: Devastating Length Loss
When I read horror stories like this, I thank my lucky stars that I had a surgeon who knew how to size me.
I had no preexisting conditions, and VEDed faithfully right up to surgery day.
The first time I cycled, I was at my lifelong length.
Since then, I have picked up close to 1cm.
I did feel slight discomfort in the glans for some time after recovery.
I'm sure that's where the size gain came from.

Stampede wrote:Hello hello!
I have started a Journal here, but been very busy lately. I will update my original thread in a few days!
So, I will give some facts before we (hopefully) discuss that I am not as fucked as I see myself right now.
- 5 weeks post surgery
- started cycling 3 weeks post surgery
- distal: 11cm
- proximal: 10cm
- implant: 20cm +1cm RTE Rigicon Infla10x
- pre length:
- around 18cm NBPEL (7 inches)
- 19,5cm BPEL (7,6 inches)
- current length aroused: 13,5cm NBPEL (5,3 inches)
So I lost 4,5cm (1.7 inches) in length.
Now I am pretty sure everyone will tell me "give it time, cycle daily, you will recover, it can take up to a year, ..). I get that. But what I dont get is the following:
- 19,5cm bone pressed before, 21cm implant. So only 1,5cm deep crus? Or lets give it 3,5cm crus, because of glans engorgement. Allready seems kind of off, doesnt it?
- last point allready not a fact because he meassured 10cm proximal. So only 11cm of implant length left for almost 20cm of penis. Dont think my glans will engorge 9cm...
- Rigicon Infla10x wont increase in lenght, so where should those missing inches come from?
- if I add up those 11cm distal with 2,5cm glans engorgement, I am spot on at those 13,5cm I am left with right now.
- if I inflate as much as pain lets me, I can grab my glans and extend my penis without much effort for around 2-3cm, pulling the cylinders out of my glans
- if i cycle and get pain, I only get the pain in the shaft, girthwise its extending (like its supposed to), no pain or preassure inside the glans
I dont know if I am missing something here, but seems to me, that I maybe got slightly undersized(?)
Still dont get the science behind cylcing for lenght. Where does the lenght increase via cylcing come from, if cylinders dont expand in lenght?
If you go by the "one third is in your body"-rule of thumb:
- coming from a 18cm penis, you get a 27cm implant
Going by "one quarter is inside your body":
-you get a 24cm implant.
Calculating the other way, with 21cm implant:
-1/3-rule: 14cm is outside your body
-1/4-rule: 15,7cm is outside your body
So it seems like I the meassurements I have right now seem to line up with the implant lenght I have. But nothing lines up with the penis length I had before.
I can not imagine getting back to my original length, with the 21cm implant I have right now.
Quick question, why did you go with the infla 10x and not the AX?
I also got a 20+1 but my bpel was 17.5cm (smaller than yours). I haven't seen someone in this forum with such a big natural size as you, which still has a 21cm total implant.

Re: Devastating Length Loss
I hate to sound like a broken record.
I think you need a second opinion.
And obviously that second opinion comes from someone other than your original surgeon.
My situation was similar to yours with some very critical differences. Yes, I’m a bit concerned you might have been a bit undersized. That can be addressed, so don’t go jump off a bridge. Also I think you’ll find that a smaller albeit rock hard cock gives you as much pleasure as your larger one did and the size of your pecker makes practically no difference to your lady friends.
I’m not sure why we, as males, can’t get that thru our heads. Length? Who cares? Girth? Yeah, it’s relevant. But rock hard is where it’s at.
Our critical differences. I started out with a 17.4 cm dick. Nowhere near 18 or 19 cm. Also I have 23 cm of implant. And 30% of my dick is buried in the crus, leaving 70% visible/usable. Well within that range considered typical.
It’s been five years so I don’t really remember the five week mark. I do remember that at three weeks I was roughly 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 inches in length so I had lost over 2 inches. By the six week mark a lot of the swelling has subsided And I was seeing about an inch more of my dick. Still, that left me any inch shy of where I started.
Faithful cycling and use gave me that extra inch. Also, I am equipped with the LGX model so that worked in my favor.
I am convinced that I was very well and properly sized. What makes me think that is that I can gently palpate the underside of my cock head when I have it fully inflated and find the ends of the implant about .4 inches down from my piss slit. I would think where are you find the end of your implant op to tell you whether you are correctly sized or undersized.
This early, hitting the panic button is way too premature. I do think this situation bears watching closely. This could very well turn out to be much Ado about nothing. But man, you have a shallow crus.

well. If a dr could ensure me I would lose 1/2 inch, I would 100% do it and would 100% be fine with the lost 1/2 inch.
Not knowing how much or if you are losing anything and then losing almost 2 inch is a different story.
Also, the IPP isn't guaranteed to work for life; it can break whenever for whatever reason. The poster called "thedriver," who suffered four IPP failures in four years (!), is a testament to this fact. Might be an exceptional case, but, I mean, 4 failures/4 years, the same fucking guy!
