I’m happy to show you if you ever make it to the Houston area. Hard I’m less than 2” longer and about the same girth. I used to be a major grower, more so than you, but now it’s nearly 7” flaccid and just under 5” girth. I think you had also mentioned wanting to see some flaccid pics and I just posted a few with my recent update.
I don’t really have “accordion kinks”, but do have some dog ears at the base. When completely deflated it can look and feel a little different to me. My partner has acknowledged it feels a bit different then too, but when you add a couple pumps all feels fine. There are still dog ears until it’s pumped to the point it no longer looks flaccid and is semi erect, but those are right at the base and not really too visible (for me anyhow).
