Tactra malleable implant 8/6/24. Started having sexual relations a couple weeks ago. Unable to orgasm from oral, vaginal, or masturbation. Got close mostly from oral. Very frustrating.

I do not have an implant, but was wondering your history. Who long with ED? When was your last Orgasm prior to implant? I assume you are the same age as me with the 1960 in your handle. Orgasms at 64, are not as easy to achieve as they were at 20 years old.

Sorry to hear of your issue. Stay with it. My only suggestion is while you are trying to orgasm, keeping telling yourself that it feels so good and you are so close. A lot of this is in your head (that is on your shoulders). I sometimes simulate the feeling that I have to urinate while having sex, which is similar to the same feeling as coming during an orgasm. I keep pushing and my body reacts, most of the time, with an orgasm.

Again, I don’t have an implant, but I do have problems getting the big “O” at times.

My advice would be to give it some time. I had some orgasm issues when first started having sex - and I still do - but after a while getting used to my new dick they started to go away. Your nerve endings may be jumbled from surgery, and your brain needs to be rewired as to what feels flood with the implant inside. Try getting used to it with masturbation. Use lots of lube!

Wow.....that sounds interesting. My sensitive after 3 months was too sensitive. I had that premie thing for a few months. Matter of fact, my wife would play games with me. She would bet I couldn't hold a orgasm back from head. She would have the 7 minute bet going on. She had a way of just taking it from me, no matter even I thought about cartoons. She always won the bet. I did not loose any sensitive.....must have been lucky. I did loose 1/2 - 1 inch of length, and I'm cycling 2 - 3 times daily trying to get that back, but I did gain some girth back.

Also, had these issues and I started deflating my implant during sex. I always had my implant maxed out for sex. Watcher1960, if you have your implant pumped to the max, it can cause sensitivity problems. Try deflating the implant some and you should be able to have an orgasm. Also, if your implant is pumped to the max, it is uncomfortable for your partner. Your partner will keep moving and you will never have an orgasm. You will have to deflate your implant some so your partner can enjoy it also. I have had 2 orgasms during sex.

Talk to your doctor. Mine explained that I am orgasming, but the sperm is going in rather than out.

Wanna say I had about a month where there was minor loss of sensitivity, but since then, nah. I can nut freely.

I must be weird. I have always loved oral but once delayed ejaculation set in, oral has become nearly impossible. My wife tries her best but I just can't get there. Intercourse has its own issues but is generally much more effective than oral.
