Found my correct dosage today

Hi all

i found my correct dosage today at the clinic. 12.5 units. i was hard like a rock for at least 2 hours then did pushups and lunges to bring it down. my erection remained firm. i thought about the worst things possible but nothing was bringing down the erection expect lunges and pushups

i want to now try this same at home with my gf

just curious if there are any examples or experiences where trimix doesn't work the same at home especially when its game time.

any tips i can follow to ensure that my home results are at least 80% to the clinic results?

My experience has been consistent since February. At first I was coming fairly quickly but as my confidence has grown I think I could last a very long time without coming. Yesterday I chose to come when my wife said she was getting a bit sore, after 45 minute of pussy bashing.
Roy you will find your confidence grow as you go down the Trimix road, I just say relax and go to it.

My recommendation is to make sure you hit the sweet spot. My initial attempts went well on my right side but I had many misses on my left side. What I found is I was passing through the corpa on the left side and didn’t know it. I solved the problem by pumping up to a chubby 50 % or so, before attempting the injection. It’s been a looooong time since my last miss.

I know you are anxious to dive into the pool with your gf, but you might want to go solo a few times until you get some experience. Doing it on your own vs the Dr office may go a lot differently. I hope it doesn’t.

Over past 3 years ago when first on Trimix fortunately I didn’t really have many misses at all due to advice on here and reading a lot about proper location and technique. When I did have a miss it was already past a year or so. I immediately knew it, as it didn’t feel the same and especially when the results weren’t showing after typical 5-10 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, but I felt confident enough to just inject on other side with a bit smaller dose. All worked out, but there is always risk if immediately reinjecting after miss.

After that episode I did 2 primary things as I think both helped such that I’ve never had a miss since then. 1) using a VED to increase target size and to increase size of target vessel such that it was easier to feel. I’m a grower so have to deal with a smaller zone if no pre-VED use and use it to get to ~90%. 2) switched from 1/2 in to 5/16 inch needles given initial state w/o VED, I think I may have injected to far. The only other thing I can suggest that I do better now, is after inject firmly hold swab against injection site (at least 5 min) and at same also tightly squeeze/massage the base and put pressure in area between scrotum and butt.

What is the purpose of holding pressure on it? Prevent bruising of keep it from leaking back out?

Just to prevent bruising and bleeding mainly and believe it helps to also prevent scar tissue, though that varies based on the individual as far ask overall risk. I’ve been consistent switching sides and moving up and down to avoid same injection spot. I don’t think there would be much concern with the meds leaking out but rather it also helps stop the minor bleeding fron the injection. I use 31G 1/2 cc syringes as my dose can vary from 10-20 depending on what is planned. Typically wife is mostly one and done though at the beginning I was consistently getting multiple orgasms from her (I think she was taken back how effective the meds are and in past most don’t remain hard after they release).

TriMix in my experience can be a bit variable as I go though periods where it is difficult to finish, but sometimes it’s very sensitive and really have to focus on slowing things down to ensure I don’t finish too quickly. I always prefer to have her finish first then can see if she wants to keep going. Usually I can just finish kind of on demand if we likely are just doing a single session.

I am still searching for my perfect dose. My mixture is 30/1/100 and I am up to 50 units Lot better then anything else I have tried but still is only 75% hard.
Doc mentioned I might need a stronger dose so emailing him tomorrow.
The existing mixture is a sample he gave me and started at 20 and every step up is better so think I am doing it correctly
