AMS700 When to stop pumping

Doctor released me yesterday and told me to pump twice per day. Problem is I dont seem to get the erection I was hoping for. Yes it gets somewhat of an erection but not nearly what I was expecting. I can keep squeezing the ball but its like diminishing returns. Am I do something wrong?

I'm only pumping a week today and after about 5/6 pumps it doesn't seem to change in size. I keep adding little pumps after exercises until it gets too sore but some times it's like I'm just pumping for the fun of it. I'm also not happy with my size post op. I'm just going to stay the course for now and keep note if/when I get changes.

Heat helps out early on in cycling. I used a heating pad. Helps the pump and the cylinders and your tissue.

I was disappointed my first time pumping also. I was expecting over 8" and it wasn't much past 6"! Then I learned it's totally like that for everyone. Cycle for the next year every day if you can, maybe for ~30 minutes, use a VED and some Perito's THE exercise and you'll reach what you're hoping for, but it'll be a very slow and gradually process.
