So one question for the implanted guys regarding the pelvic floor.
I have noticed, that it behaves differently since implanted. First thing I noticed was, that I am able to pee without any effort while having a erection. Before implantation, peeing with an erect penis requiered some concentration, this is not the case anymore.
Next thing is, when erect, if I contract my pelvic floor muscles, the penis does not bounce up and down anymore, instead it gets pulled in.
Is this the same for all of you?
Now for my main question:
Before implantation, after I am done peeing, I would squeeze my PC muscles and a small amount of pee would squiert/shoot out. To "empty" the rest, that is in there. I cant do that anymore, nothing will shoot out. I dont have a leakage problem or anything after I am done. So regarding the kegel and reverse kegel, i am not able to kegel/contract, but it does not seem to be needed.
Same movement would be done during orgasm to "shoot" and that is what bothers me, because that same contraction to shoot out the last drop of urine I would use to shoot out my ejaculate.
Is this a normal thing? Is 5 weeks post surgery too early and this will come back? Will kegel-exercises help?

Re: Pelvic Floor
Hello,
it's too early to say anything, how those things you describe will develop in the near future.
You need to give it time.
I also had in the early recovery changes, but it all seem to be much better after 3-4 months and now I'm 16 months after surgery and it all seem to be even much better than before, which I also assume is due the positive psychological aspects, finally having a functional "tool" to pentrate and have more than normal sex, the implant is better than anything else I have tried before.
Relax and give it some more time.
Cheers
Dan

That was the best I could ever do and I should have done it much earlier.

Thanks for the answer, Dan! I am aware of the fact, that its too early to tell for myself, thats why I was asking how those aspects regarding the pelvic floor and its function/behaviour turned out for those guys that have finished their revovery.

I've done pelvic and kegel exercises for the last 2 years to help with all the urological issues MS has gifted me.
I had to catheterise at least 3/4 times a day to stay on top of my bladder which if it gets too full I can't control.
Since I had my implant four weeks ago I actually noticed a difference where I am able to hold my bladder longer, get a stronger stream and don't have the urgency to go as much. As a result I am catheterizing less. I'll be back in the gym within the next 2 weeks and will be doing the exercises again so I'm hoping that I might be able to improve on the benefits.
I've also been unable to cum yet since surgery because it's been so sore but I'll be looking out for any changes once I do.
MS diagnosed 2020.

Re: Pelvic Floor
OK, so it might be an improve when you are able to hold longer and reduce the catheterizing.
