Depends on the day, but often yeah.

Feels... like sex, bit more sensitive just like after you cum.

So there's a physical component and mental component to it, physically, there is no reason to stop in any way. Mentally, you still get post nut clarity and feel like you would anytime after you nutted. If you're normally still horny after you nut, after implant you'll still be horny.
