Has anyone had this feeling?

I have a burning sensation at the exit of the urethra and discomfort in the corpus spongiosum or urinary tract that runs to the perineum. This only happens when the prosthesis is activated and I am scared because I have not read that anyone else has gone through this. Does anyone know? to what could be due

Unfortunately, my doctor only tells me not to pump it to the maximum and to only use it twice a week. I am 1 month and 3 weeks away from the operation.

Sounds very similar to what I have. I do have to catheterise several times a day and notice it more when I do that. I mentioned it to my consultant on my follow up last week and he gave me an antibiotic in case I had an infection. I'm only just finished those and I still have it so I'm not sure if it's internal bruising to the area or not. I'll be following up soon again if it doesn't get better.

I'm about 3.5 weeks from titan surgery. Yeah, when I am above 70% inflated or more I have burning and stinging at the tip of my urethra/glans that is pretty uncomfortable. I also have a slight "stretching" feeling on my frenulum too. When I'm inflated to 40% or less I get the dog ear pain/discomfort at the base and around the tubing area. When I'm in the 40-70% inflated range I don't usually feel either, which is nice, but I do want to keep cycling so I "deal with" that stinging for the periods I do. I imagine the stinging is due to the implant tips ascending more into the glans with inflation and stretching it, with some (expected) bending into the corpus spongiosum and urethra.

I would like you to tell me how that went for you and what you had in my case. I feel that the problem is urethritis. I am going to discuss it with my doctor to see how we can treat it. As it is only when I use the prosthesis, I also suspect that it is because the tubes press on the urethra, although I haven't been recovering long enough to be sure that this will be a long-term problem. If anyone else has had something similar happen to them, I would appreciate it if you let me know.

Hey there. I am 3 years post op love the implant. I have this feeling sometimes if I’ve gone days without pumping up. I believe it’s just tissues being rexpanded. Those being sensitive to a foreign object causes that sensation. I have noticed weeks where I use it all dang week on multiple days no issues but if I have a slow week and don’t pump much when I do I get that feeling .
