Not impressed with results so far
Got the AMS700 LGX just over a month ago and started cycling last week. So far I am not impressed with erection which is maybe 60-70% of what I was hoping for and the length is not good but as I understand it will grow. No matter how much I pump the erection is pretty unimpressive.
64 yr old, radical prostectomy March 23 which resulted in ED, tried meds, injections pumps. AMS 700 LGX 18CM Sept 20,2024

kernels,
It is the same response every time: Just give it more time. Nearly everyone here will tell you that it takes about 2-3 months before it really begins to work and size begins to return. A year is the consensus that it will be fully sized. Cycling is what we do now, every day!

ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

you are not impressed about hardness or about length? would be good if you put all your measurements and Dr in your signature too

No idea what size, I assume I would need to ask my surgeon. Also what does RTE stand for? Lastly, I did not measure myself pre prostate surgery and pre implant surgery but I would say between the prostate surgery and the implant surgery I have lost 2 inches in length.
Lastly, I would have thought the penis would have been standing at attention but instead is like half mast....

Kernels:
My recommendation is to get back to the urologist/surgeon’s clinic and discuss what you’re seeing.
A month in you have nothing to fear regarding size. I was about 6 weeks in before I even started to get size back. Some guys see nothing until the third month.
But if you’re pumping it up good even though it may be short, by this time you ought to be seeing it get hard. I mean really hard.
The pumping up of the AMS LGX for me was not like other guts on here described. It was especially different than those guys equipped with a CX.
My bulb was never “squeeze.” It felt like I was squeezing a rock after two squeezes. However, I was moving fluid into the cylinders as evidenced by the buzzzzzz and feel of fluid going back to reservoir when I deflated.
Four weeks is way early. But one of the better after-the-surgery services my doc provided was the freedom to book an appointment, come into clinic, and then he or the PA would pump me up, then let me deflate, then supervise me as I practiced. They’d often leave me 10-15 mins while they tended other patients then come back and have me inflate/deflate for them a couple of times to assure me everything was working normally.
Properly working and correctly installed, your LGX will provide a cock which emulates a non-pristhetically-assisted penis, it will be more than 10x hard enough for intercourse, and all of your size will come back except for maybe a tiny fraction of an inch. My surgeon warned me I could lose 1/4”. It ended up being .06”. No biggie.
Your size shouldn’t be impressing you right now. But the hardness should. I’d make sure you’re inflating correctly. Like I said, it ought to be the same for everyone but it never really is.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

Pretty much the same at the moment. Not impressed with the sizing at all but I'm going to keep at it.
I was with my consultant today and I have to go back next week. Might have an infection and was told to hold off on cycling till then.
