New update: Just tried masturbating again, but this time with 100mg Sildenafil (Viagra). Glans engorged, and penis measured 1cm longer just because of the engorgement (i did not get engorgement without it), and i am still about 1.5-2cm shorter than before surgery even with Viagra. Unfortunately glans still floppy though maybe a tiny bit better than before. It is vey clear to me that the tips of the cilinders do not reach where they should be.

I only pray and hope that with repeated cycling over the months the cylinders will push forward into the glans. I am not worried about the length as most people say they get it back, but i am only worried about the floppiness.


Edit, Oct 22. Having nightmares almost every night since i got the implant. I think it's probably because my body is in pain and it translates into the dreams themselves. Last night i dreamed i was in an airplane crash and i was injured trying to find the emergency exit of the airplane. And the night before that i dreamed i was in a post apocalyptic world trying to run away from the zombies.

Good luck my friend! You are still early in your journey. Glans engorging can happen by eating cialis/viagra. If you had it before implant, you will have it afterwards also.
Having nightmares is also normal. I had many and have even written about them in my journal. The correct position of the tip of the cylinder is about 3/4th into the glans/penis head. For me the left cylinder is further down but my surgeon said I will be fine as I am young and can handle the slight oversizing.
My advice would be to give it another 2 weeks before getting excited to use it even for masturbation.

Just one quick question: how can this be oversizing? if one cylinder is not reaching the glans, isnt that undersizing?

The normal position of tips is usually considered to be around 3/4th into the penis head/glans. In my case it is further ahead and almost touching the end on the left side. Hence the oversizing

Update, almost 2 weeks post op.


The next day after my attempt to deflate/inflate in the bathtub, i tried it again but on my bed this time. First i gave a few pumps to inflate which went fine. I was still keeping my penis at 50-60%, same as post op as the doctor recommended me, so a few pumps more maybe took me to 80%? I also noticed that using a handful of toilet paper to grab my scrotum worked better as it was easier to pump without the pump slipping.

Later i pressed the deflate button, and this time i decided to stand up from the bed to walk a little around the room with my penis deflated and see how it feels. Immediately after standing up, i noticed a ball of fluid starting to build in the base of my penis, within a few seconds this ball of fluid grew a lot, bigger than an extra testicle clearly noticeable under the base of my penis. I panicked and immediately laid down in bed again, and inflated back to the usual 50-60% and didn't move from bed.

My first thought was. Could this be a leak from the pump that i triggered when deflating? As it appeared within seconds. Doctor told me to visit him the next day. I met him and he gave one more pump in my scrotum, he noticed the pump works and he said there is no leak in the system, because otherwise the pump would not work (he did not try deflating though, he only gave 1 pump to inflate). He told me to not touch the pump for another week or two.

I still have that ackward "ball of fluid" under the base of my penis even though it is a little smaller than yesterday. I have no idea what it is and i am just hoping there is no leak, and also that this is not something related to infections.

I wonder if anyone else in the forum experienced something like that?

Hi Andy. I still havent't touched the pump since last time when i got that ball of fluid and i got super scared. I may give it a try again at my 3rd week which should be next friday.

Day 19 update


The ball of fluid i had in my scrotum decreased by 80% by now. I decided to give a small try to partially inflate and deflate in bed last night. This time, i decided to not move at all from bed because i remember that ball of fluid appeared when i stood up from bed last time.

So i deflated, and then pumped back up about 15 pumps without moving, then a few more, and in total i think i put 22 pumps. I was scared to deflate again in case that ball of fluid comes back. So i slept inflated (probably the most inflated ive ever been so far).

I had quite a lot of pain in the area of the pump after i finished pumping (which i think is usual) and a bit in the penis itself considering i was like that for like 8hs.

In the morning i decided to deflate again, this time i did only 2 pumps back to not leave the cylinders completely empty.

I am now sitting in breakfast almost completely deflated and i must say it is way more comfortable than being inflated. I may finally be able to pee without standing in the shower anymore.

Floppy glans and size

The glans is still completely floppy and it worries me. If the cylinder would reach the glans as it's supposed to, i think i would have a whole cylinder size larger than the one i have now. Also i noticed my deflated state, i have almost the same size i had before surgery, which would make me still a grower. At this point, i am praying the length expansion capabilities of the AX will eventually fill my floppy glans and return me to my original size. When inflated right now i am a full 4cm or 4.5cm shorter than before surgery (i took detailed pictures with measuring tape and rules before surgery to make sure my memory is not failing).

Step by step hoping to get a bit better every day. I must say cycling is painful still at least at this initial stages.

True, but honestly I am not sure if i am inflating to the max because the pump is hard. I guess I will know within the next few days as I get closer to max inflation
