Haha you are funny. But i am really very ignorant when it comes to Malleables. I just got implanted an inflatable rigicon. But i got the idea that the benefit of the inflatable is that you can hide your erection when you are soft? so nobody will know you have an implant.

But if you can also hide it with the malleable, then what is the benefit of the inflatable?

I have never seen a malleable installed, does anyone here have a video of their penis and how it looks in different positions?

Their is fuck all different I have a large penile and can hide my malleable there’s nothing impossible to hide about it, but with inflatable you can gain some size with Malleable’s you lose a cm and some girth question is the trade off worth it for yoh

Are you single? and when you had new partners, nobody noticed you had an implant until now? I think for someone who is married is different

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

Could you elaborate more on this part please? Erection is rock hard, what is soft about erections?

Spot on! Even that nurse I matched with on Tinder didn't bat an eye. It's basically like having a teenager's "ready for action" moment. Nothing to feel ashamed about, just a little nostalgia trip!

These Malleable Disadvantages are Inflatable's Advantages
-Malleables have no length and girth expansion from cycling
-Max rod diameter is 14mm by Rigicon Rigi10 and not like Coloplast Titan inflatables with 21+ mm expansion if anatomy allows
-Always being stiff is not everyone's personal preference
-Concealing in tight formal clothes can be uncomfortable for someone's professional setting. Think about a school teacher in front of kiddos. Not everyone can remain nude or wear baggy clothes 24/7.
-Wobbling and swivelling foundation overtime with silicone's wear and tear. Compare solid tires vs inflatable tires.
-Unnatural. Not physiologic. Natural fucking bloody erection is hydraulic.
-Tissue atrophy can be faster due to constant hardness
-Erosion odds are higher compared to inflatables
-Grandpa cannot have grandbabies sit and jump on the lap

Well said. If you fall face down in the bathroom, the erect malleable will erode and extrude. Once the corporal tissue is exposed to air, infection becomes inevitable, and penile shortening is guaranteed. It's unfortunate, but it's a harsh reality. If we have a cardiac stent, we better eat natural food and exercise everyday. Living carefully is what I'm trying to say, not trashing malleables.

Here's proof from a surgeon that malleables can erode even after 40+ years:

Removing an eroded malleable from the 1980's seems like a pretty good stretch of time. That's 4 decades of the same device.
34 years old. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Some luck with pills until recently. Injections worked but were very hit or miss with me. Scheduled for a malleable (Tactra) in December 2024.

I was told by a high-volume surgeon that the risk of erosion is essentially the same between MPP and IPP.
