I really think you should try some “trimix” urethral gel before you go to an implant. I can understand your reluctance to use injections, but the gel route is pretty easy and if it works for you it will allow you to have a pretty normal sex life, very possibly for years. It involves measuring a very small volume of gel into a syringe and inserting just the tip of the syringe (no needle) into the urethral opening at the tip of the penis to expel the gel into the urethra. ]I don't have it with me but from what I remember it was 666 ng/dl of testosterone and my first urologist (who was a worthless idiot so I don't know how true this is) said the LH, FSH, and prolactin were in a normal range.

if ur urolgist was shit as you say, maybe he did not check every contriuting parameter. you saw my previous answer, i am all for implant mostly, but i would highly recomend finding the source of your ED first, because that is the thing, you never mention here. starting point would be a COMPLETE hormone panel. After that, check for local reasons in your actual penis and surrounding veins. If you read posts and journals and signitures here, all of the guys have a reason, why they developed ED. at least most of them. what is your source of ED and if you dont know, why dont you try to figure that out first?

It was just those 4 hormones and the free testosterone but the thing is I haven't had a doppler yet but since that's a part of the workup for ed most of the time and based on the fact im 18 with absolutely no comorbidities I'd be willing to bet any amount of money that I'm dealing with a venous leak but yeah you're right there is still some investigating that needs to be done. estradiol in the male body by the way gets produced trough aromatasation from free test to e2. that happens in your fat cells. another hint. and of cours high e2 will give you ED.

Actually I never heard about this gel before. I probably would have tried it before getting the implant (given that it's not an injection). But does it need to be refrigerated? And how long does it take to work?
