It took around 6 months before I didn’t have a lot of discomfort with the implant pumped to the Max.
I never did think the glans pain would go away, but I kept cycling and striving to get past an hour with no pain and it did get better, but it was a slow process.
It keeps getting better, so hang in there.

For 1 year I thought that the pain was at the tips, but instead the pain was under the glans at the end of the shaft, especially when deflated, it has never gone away and I can't wait to take off this rubbish and put on an ams cx or a malleable , as long as this torture ends, for a fee, as I feel the prosthesis even if I'm not a doctor, I feel it's oversized, I feel a lot of extra plastic in my cock, but the doctor doesn't allow it... EVER

I'm sorry to hear that.
I'm wondering if the amount of tissue/flesh inside the penis might influence these differences. For instance, could having more tissue inside provide better pain protection?

If you end up choosing malleable rods, please touch and feel the tips while choosing, as some are more pointy and some are more rounded. The pointy ones can give better firmness of glans at the cost of comfort for some individuals.

if I take the malleable one I will opt for the tactra, from what I could understand it is more rigid than the genesis, plus it has more rounded tips, after the experience with the titan which has sharper tips than the ams cx, and the problems of discomfort that he gave me coloplast I don't want to hear about coloplast anymore

Stampede,

I think the LGX only goes to 21cm; so, 23cm means 21cm plus 2cm RTEs.

So you dont know if you got 21+2 or 18+5 or 20+? Dont you have any kind of surgery-report or doctors letter?

21cm LGX plus 2cm of RTEs.

I agree that it would be better for you to update your signature. 21+2 is not the same as 18+5 or as a 23cm implant which could give people the wrong impression that this size exists and it doesn't.

Understood, Frank.
It’s about time Coloplast steps up or acknowledges any IPP discomforts.

It's understandable that they won't give a fuck about their malleable patient market share.

At the very least, they could publish the axial rigidity and bend cycle test results of Genesis to give prospective customers a clear picture of what they're getting compared to others. Maybe that's like shooting in their foot on sales targets.

I believe that Coloplast bought the most successful doctors in the world to install the Titan instead of AMS LGX or CX, with premiums for each device much higher than AMS, about 4 years ago all the doctors urged Boston Scientific as the best implant, to a As a matter of fact, for a few years all the best doctors have done nothing but recommend Titan to their patients, a well-known great Italian politician said... it's a sin to think badly... but sometimes you get it right, just my opinion
