Good, I'm glad it worked. I sent it to Paul, the administrator too, but I sent him the big version first, which was too big. I then sent him the smaller file but I don't think he noticed the email. Oh well!

I'm happy to report that Paul, the site administrator, has hosted the PDF and posted a link here:

The pharmacy that originally created the PDF is no longer producing ED drugs and doesn't want any Ed related business activity generated for them by the PDF. Therefore most references to them have been removed from the PDF. So don't call them for service.
