Re: Trimix and Potential PD
I've been injecting once a week for seven years and have no such problem. Alternate sides each time. Move up and down your length each time.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

how common is PD from injections?
is there any data on this?
i have been told that there is a slight risk but one can minimize by following the right injection technique and frequency.

If you're following your doctor's injection protocol as mentioned in the previous comments you shouldn't have a problem. Alternate sides, and move up down your penis when injecting. If you want to be extra safe, ask your URO to examine you whenever you have an appt. with him/her. My URO will periodically exam me and told me how to basically do it myself. You should be fine. There are several studies you can read on-line about the incidents of scar tissue when injecting Trimix. All the ones I've read have said it's very low risk to develop scar tissue if following the proper protocol of course.
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
Re: Trimix and Potential PD
I started Trimix 2022.
In Feb 2023 I got PD. My urologist never once suggested that it was caused by Trimix injections.
I asked him about it, my PD is along the dorsal (very top) side where you would never inject.
Reading about PD, I believe my PD came from 8 years of using beta blockers.
When I asked my pharmacist about the link he agreed beta blockers can cause PD.
I continue to use Trimix about once a week for erections. My urologist never suggested that I stop doing the injections.

Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results
