Well today I took the plunge !!

This morning I got my implant!!! About 7 hours gone by. Actually feeling a lot better than I anticipated. Dr. Takayuki performed implant of COLOPLAST Titan. Follow up visit on Thursday. Just for background I’m 60, used to have high blood pressure and was a heavy smoker. Tried Ed drugs, they worked at first. Then a few years ago went to vacuum pump. Worked, but not great. I’m excited to try this out !!!!

I will say ever since I scheduled this I have been apprehensive to say the least. I woke up this morning and actually asked myself “What the fuck are you doing?” I’ve had quite a few surgeries and I know it’s only first night but the pain has been minimal. You just have to get over the mental block of having surgery on your junk, and think about having the ability to have a pretty spontaneous, rigid erection. No more pills no more vacuum pump or retention rings that allow you to barely get hard enough for penetration. I went from scared to death to very excited!!!

In 2 months you'll be using it and very happy you did it. In 5 months you'll have the biggest grin on your face and all you friends will wonder why. I'm glad you took the plunge. Welcome to The Bionic Brotherhood. As any questions you want. We have all been there.

Once you are healed the knowledge that ED is history is going to be very uplifting.

Be aware of some things that I didn’t know that apparently many implanted men have experienced: pops, strange feelings near my anus, and when max inflated I can tell I am sitting on my cylinders. I made the above observations after I started cycling around 4 weeks after my surgery.

I expected some size loss right after surgery. I think I will get all of that back. At least I hope cycling does the job.
Pre surgery: L 7.5 BPEL, Girth 6.5 inches.
After surgery and cycling started: L about 6.75 max inflation, Girth 6.25 inches.

The best part is you can be as hard as you want. Whenever you want. For as long as you want (once you can tolerate it, this takes a while).

BE PATIENT during your recovery. You will be so tempted to move forward faster than you should.

Your new flaccid will take some time to get comfortable with, I am still learning here. I was a significant grower and now I am a shower.
