Sexual dreams?

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

Am eight months post-op surgery implant AMS700. My occasional sexual dreams make me feel as if I have a natural erection (which I don't) and I do enjoy my dream-like sexual experience. I sometimes realize that I have been touching my penis and masturbate while asleep. My flacid penis appears larger than prior to my implant, most likely because the tubes deflate but do not retract itself and my penis. The latter does not bother me.

I have been getting wicked sexual dreams every fucking night since I can’t have real sex anymore.

Unfortunately I am impotent in my fucking sex dreams too, it’s just even more fucking traumatizing than real life.

I can’t get off anymore so at this point the only relief is fucking alcohol and fucking sleeping pills.

For lucid dreams look into "Binaural Beats" in the 4-7Hz range. Works great for me.
You can find and download the Binaural Beats videos from YouTube.

Any other advice for lucid dreaming, supplements, etc? I would love to be having more dreams that I can remember, even better if you can control some of whats going on. Long time since I had a sex dream.
