Unable to orgasm 6 weeks
As the title says I have tried a couple times to get myself off with no luck. Just feels numb or lack of sensation. Should I be worried, will the nerve grow back?
64 yr old, radical prostectomy March 23 which resulted in ED, tried meds, injections pumps. AMS 700 LGX 18CM Sept 20,2024

I'm right there with ya!
Same here. I need to hold off for another 7-10 days till the infection passes but I've had the same experience so far. I'm hoping it's just a matter of time.

Re: Unable to orgasm 6 weeks
I made sure I was in no rush. Did the doctor visits and made sure all healing and infection free was done correctly. Did all the Cycling and exercises and my sensations and everything was damn good. So I celebrated on my birthday, which was exactly 4 months post surgery. Since I am a diabetic, the reason for AMS700 and didn't need any infections. I had to make sure Mr. Winkie was ready and safe for Prime time. So on my Birthday, I passed the 3 tests.....Vaginal sex, Oral sex, and Hand sex. Damn, was I ever pleased. I notified my URO, and he assured.....YOU ARE NOW READY.....SO ENJOY. No discomforts, no pain, and sensation was easy to cum. I have to admit.....Many brothers in here gave me the mental confidence. From the very beginning, I was nervous and scared as hell of the entire procedure. So don't rush it....It will cum naturally.
