Pelvic floor dysfunction and injections.

Im 39, m, and was active on here about 9-10 months ago when my pelvic floor dysfunction was only a few months old.

Since then Ive muddled on through with my partner- we have regular sex- with Cialis, alfuzosin and occasionally other pde5s.

Its still not often great, I often find I lose my erection or its not 100% even at relatively high doses.

The puborectalis and levator muscle is extremely tight- which compresses the nerve and causes pain, this is the primary issue.

Stress from the pain then makes things worse.

Partner has no problem with our sex life and doesnt really think I have ED as such- mbut is unaware of all the hoops i jump through to keep an active sex life.

Have 2 kids and one on the way.

I have Invicorp and considering now finally trying this.

Is likely to help when ED is caused by muscle tightness or will it be of no help if cialis/viagra dont help much?

My ED has been caused by a pudendal nerve injury and I have similar pelvic muscle tightness. Oral drugs used to be effective for me. But over time they lost their effectiveness. Docs switched me over to injections. I live in the US and I've tried both Trimix and Bimix. Trimix causes me immense pain probably due to my pudendal nerve injury. I'm using Bimix 0.35 ml now and it works well. But injections are still not a good solution as it's is very inconvenient and also inconsistent. I'm seriously considering an implant now. I would encourage you to give injections a chance first. It'll take time to get used to and you have to be very particular about following injection protocol to avoid too long of an erection or developing scar tissue. But still worth pursuing injections before crossing over to the final frontier of implants.

I wish I could give Invicorp a try as I have heard that the Aviptadil in it casues much less pain than Alprostadil in Trimix. Invicorp or generic Aviptadil is not available in the US due to FDA regulations. Would you happen to know if I can get Invicorp shipped to the US from UK?

I dont think my pudendal nerve is injured as when the muscles untighten there is no pain or issue. I have just had botox injected into the pelvic floor, which has helped.

FDA took it off approved compounding medication list. I don't know why though. Some safety concern and a lot of corporate pharma push I suppose.
