Is your level of glans engorgement the same laying down?

I created this poll because i wanted to see if this is normal. This also counts for the spongiosum tissue filling with blood.

If I stand up, with a pumped implant, my penis is full. Circular, spongiosum filled with blood and the glans about to explode from the fullness.
As soon as I lay on my back, all blood leaves my penis, i get the oval-look and the glans is "empty".

Does this improve over time? Is this a common thing? Normaly I just hear "glans engorgement" or "no glans engorgement", but not a difference between body positions.
I noticed a difference in my pelvic floor muscles after the surgery, maybe that has something to do with it.

Lymphatic fluid also flows down, filling glans when we stand and naturally drains back from glans when we lie down due to gravity.

This happens to me; however, I get glans engorgement with stimulation lying down.

that is the correct answer and the same happens with the blood flow.

I have engorgement only with viagra. This was true before the surgery also. Even though i am only 3 weeks into my implant, i don't expect that to change unfortunately.

It would prob be wish it to have a lightweight cock ring for sex (though the expectation was for the implant to eliminate the need for any of that stuff).
