Floppy Glands *Warning Picture*

Postby MS_Man » Mon Nov 04, 2024 4:11 pm

Apologies in advance for the photo.

This is as pumped as I can get it at the moment.
I'm just six weeks post and already annoyed at the lost of size and the possibility of not regaining anything due to the model used.

My glands are not engorged and it hurts when it feels like the cylinders press against it.
Would this be considered a floppy glands by the photo?

This is definitely looking like a floppy glans. I have something similar to you (though maybe not as bad).
Where do exactly on your penis do you feel the tip of the cylinders? They are supposed to go mid way into the glans. Mine stop right before the glans. Maybe 1cm away from the glans. Looks like yours might be even further back?

What is your pre op size?

I was about 5.3 fully erect. I'm at 4 now. My foreskin used to always reach the end of my glan.

If I bend the glan over it feels like the tops are right where the bend starts in the photo

I heard a talk by Dr. Perito. He stated that the tips should reach the end of the corpus cavernosum. Although it may appear or give a perception to stop in mid-glans, the implant should be technically positioned to extend as close to the end of the corpus cavernosum as possible. Not saying that under-dilatation/undersizing is okay, but the goal during surgery is to dilate till the end of corpus cavernosum.

They are definitely not going in that far anyways. Not based on the way it bends over. I think I'll send on the image today and get the conversation going.
I'm kinda stuck from a second opinion point of view as there's only one consultant in the country who does the surgery. I'll need to contact the health insurance today as well

Ms_man, most American men are not familar with non circumcised penises. Just a suggestion. You might want to talk to your dr about phimosis. If you have phimosis? Your pain might be from your cylinders pressiing into the phimosis tissue. My wifes uncle had that problem. It hurt him a lot.

Thanks, yeah fortunately it's not phimosis. I can pull the skin back no problem.
