I've bought from five different Internet providers and they seem to work. But I feel more comfortable getting it from a compounding pharmacy. It's roughly double the cost and requires a prescription but I think it's worth it. I'm also testing branded Vyleesi, which is significantly more expensive, to see if there is a difference.

wow -- you are likely the most experienced user of it on the Forum! Curious -- does it always work for you or is there a tolerance issue?

The FDA guidelines are no more than 2 times per week or 8 times or month and I follow that. I try to use it no more than once per week. It almost always works but I never know when; 2 hours or 7 hours or something else.

I don’t mean to be rude by posting this picture. I need some feedback so I need to show proof I guess. I have a hard on good enough for penetration right now it looks like my cock on Trimix before my implant

The reason this amazes me is my implant was damaged and doesn’t work except for three or four little pumps.

I’ve been using a VED and various cock rings To have a hard on good enough for non-penetrative sex including oral. I’m actually having a lot of fun in between implant and revision with this amazing PT 141.

Has anyone heard of this or experienced it? Is there any scientific explanation behind it I don’t know. I do know that my original surgeon at the VA left lot of original tissue in my penis. So with the implant I was getting huge hard-ons combined with the PT 141. But I didn’t expect this
