Implant to get back "life energy"?

Postby Chevalier » Sun Nov 10, 2024 4:52 pm

It is so difficult to decide for or against an implant.

To keep it short: ED due to nerve damage for alomst 10 years now (I am 49); 5mg Cialis gives me decent erections at night, more and more often I have to add another 2.5 mg to achieve that. But that's OK.

To have brief sex with my wife, this dose is sometimes enough; if I want a reasonably reliable erection, I need in addition 75 mg, better 100 mg Viagra. Funnily enough, Spedra and Vardenafil don't work at all.

So: It works, but I no longer have the spontaneous, dominant sex I used to have, especially not with affairs. I have so much performance anxiety that I'd better stay at home.

I'm also less self-confident than I used to be, my “drive” or “life energy” is gone.

I wonder if an implant could give me that back. Or wouldnt the feeling change?
49, healthy, fit. Mild-moderate ED for 10 years due to nerve damage. On 5mg Cialis daily. Looking for a miracle cure.

Of course it will change after the implant!
Knowing you can fuck whomever, whenever, wherever and how long you want gives you back, what yo've lost, your self-confidence and a new sexual life, especially with affairs.

Hey, I too felt the same way, sex at home was achievable with pills for 10 years but started failing, then sex was great at home with injections, they were fenomenal but I was going to divorce and that for me was the tipping point, being a bachelor again at 55 I needed to be ready for action at a moments notice. I like you too and thanks to my job have access to side action but I found myself avoiding encounters that I new would happen just by me saying hello  , so that did it for me, i now feel confident again to live life to the fullest and take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way, and before I was shying away, and I would add i have even become boulder and more agresive like you mention lol it’s really nice to feel that way.
ED Since early 40's used injections for 1 year, at 55 got implanted by Perito April 19/2023, Titan 24 + 2 rte's
Before. 6.75 lenght 6.5 girth
