I had a revision this year when my Titan failed after 5 yrs. Went back with an AMS LGX, same size as what was taken out, I have not lost length or girth.

Mine was Titan was ruined during an UROFILL procedure and I'm waiting till February for my revision because I have to get BPH reduction surgery first. I'm using a VED and PT141 for some pretty serviceable erections. My question to you is how do you like the AMS? I'm considering a switch myself

Thanks

Good morning, your lucky if you can still use yours.. I could pump and get it purple but as soon as I turn the VED off it was immediately just as flaccid, not enough time to get a band or anything around it. So far my wife as well as myself like the AMS, she says it feels more natural, I agree, no dog ears yet, and I don't have the krinkly tubes and the pump is quiet. I hope it lasts 20 yrs, but if it failed tomorrow I would go get another AMS.

This is concerning for some of us younger guys who are looking to a future of multiple revisions. If anyone who has had a revision could comment, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I think its generally well established that after year or more of cycling the implant can be safely increased on 1-2 cm. This may or may not translate to a bigger penis. There's this idea of other tissue burying the penis (either on top or bottom side). In my situation the added implant length translated to about 1 inch increase on the outside (although the implant was increased by 4 cm or 1.6 inches) after expansion type technique.
