Hi everyone
Recently i start using the VED in orders to maintain my size but when i start pump in lowest lever it just engorges glans but not shaft and only blow out in the base of penile it still remain some mild pain in shaft and go soft immediately when i release pressure . I would like to ask did i use it incorrectly or not ( my penile also twist in right side about 45 degrees is it the reason why i can not use VED)

Re: Did i use VED incorrectly
I'm sorry but I did have some difficulty understanding what exactly you were asking in your post. I may have gotten it wrong.
A sleeve or a pad might be benificial in your case. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to recommend one. I've never used one.
With a VED I have to be patient. My penis doesn't respond well to a pump without some sort of stimulation, either visual, tactile or even mental. My internal valves just don't want to open with a VED without the stimulation. I had a RP due to prostate cancer with nerves taken so that may be a factor.
I do suggest you use plenty of lube, that and a very close hair trim or shave around where the pump cylinder fits will make getting a good seal much easier. You'll have to experiment on how to hold the cylinder against your body until you find the best way for you to achieve a good seal while not get your sack and balls sucked in (ouch!). You'll need to lube your whole penis so it doesn't drag on the inside of the cylinder as it expands. You can actually tear your skin if you use insufficient lube. It may help to have your wife, girl or even yourself stimulate between pump up attempts. Stimulate, pump up, release, repeat.
If you plan on using a constriction ring to maintain the erection then more aggressive hair trimming or shaving will be wise. Silicone constriction rings and hair just don't get along, unless you're into some kind of strange S&M.
Good luck.

Re: Did i use VED incorrectly
As Bldoink said, it was hard to understand your issue. If I read it correctly, when you are pump at the lowest level, only the glans is expanding and not the shaft. I also use a VED and have never experienced anything similar to that. It sounds like you don't have a good seal against your groin and the vacuum is releasing - The same happens to me and happens most others who have ED. The use of constriction rings prevent the erection loss if properly installed when fully erect. I would think the same applies if you are using the VED for size and have any blood escaping via valve leakage. As Bidoink also indicated, you might need to use a seal against your groin to prevent leakage. Suggest you let us know step by step what you are doing, so we can provide a little more assistance. Also are you using a inexpensive VED or a medical grade one? Where and when are you feeling pain?
