Surgery for injury/damage?

One of the most misdiagnosed issues in medicine! This baffling and frustrating condition can create physical and emotion destruction. There is hope! It is VERY treatable. We will set you on the right track.

PFD is an absolute nightmare condition for anyone, but in a sense theres extra factors for guys because even if theres pain women can still for the most part physically have sex, whereas a lot of the time these pelvic floor conditions utterly wreck the erection ability.

Until I developed PFD I had no idea how important muscles were in the erection.

When I mentioned this on the subreddit i was downvoted to hell and told Implants are a terrible idea for HF and in general.
It seems online there is a very negative impression of implants even quite a few here which has made things seem a bit hopeless.

In HF community (which I stay in touch with) implants are seen this way due to couple of reasons:
1) HF is a multi-faceted, poorly understood condition and some sufferes will bounce back to the sex game naturally, by involving medicine, exercises or just time. Implants are the last resort so of course they'll speak against them when there's still hope they might not need them in the end.
2) There's lots of myths or half truths about these implants and talking to many HF guys they don't really know what having an implant comes with (we're talking both advantages and disadvantages).

My advice is to just research and learn about implants and then I assure you you'll be in a way better place knowing there's no end to the sex game nowadays. There's a lot of new treatments on the way too, however I can see how some of us might get tired of looking forward to the NEXT BEST THING, when an actual BEST THING might be already on the market...Anyways, keep your head up. We'll make it through that and come out stronger, there's no other outcome.

I already have an implant … I’ve been having lots of sex … and have had multiple sexual partners… women are amazed at my incredible length ..

And you had a malleable! May I ask how old you are? Is a Malleable a better choice if you already have decent length so any losses arent too much of an issue.

I am approx 6.9 inches at present so I can afford to lose a cm or two worst case.

Yo
I’m 23
I’m also on the longer side lost a cm 7.4 inches now
Malleable is a better choice
Most men on this forum are married men
Women will know you have an inflatable
My malleable is so natural
I forget I even have a implant
I masturbate 5-6 times a day
It feels natural

You are one of the success stories then especially at such a young age.
I have only ever heard negatives about malleables as well so interesting to hear a positive.
Are you constantly at the level of erection needed for sex? I always wonder how it can both be at the rock hard 100% hardness but also concealable as when I have a 100% erection it sticks out regardless of how it would be moved.

Are malleable a better choice for men on the longer side as any size loss is better dealt with?

Also what caused your ED and was it complete? As in no full erections at all?

Thanks
