I haven't tried the 5 mg, but 20 mg takes 16-36 hours for me to kick in. After it kicks in, I am good to go for the next 3-4 days, so I do not have to take it daily. That's what I do, but timing is insane!

Not doubting you but you are an anomaly! That is like the complete opposite of how the drug (20mg cialis / tadalafil) is supposed to work. It's supposed to kick in within an hour, peak effectiveness for maybe 8 and then it tails off over 24-36 hours. And indeed that's how it works for me.

Daily 5mg takes a few days to kick in. If your goal is to have it "always on" but need to use right away, you could taper it, starting with 20mg on day one and then either go 4 days with 20 and then dial back to 5 or get fancy with a 20/15/10/5 or some such. I suppose 5mg could work right away if you have mild ED in the same way that some people only need a basic 20mg (not 100mg+) of viagara.

Hmmm, that's so wierd. Sometimes 5mg cialis on its own works perfectly for me.
I've only taken dailt cialis a max of 2 days in a row.

I'm about to turn 29 and didn't think I'd have issues so young. Maybe my ED is mild for now then which is great. Rather mild than severe!

Took 10mg (5mg at 7am then 5mg at 7pm) and it worked VERY well so not needing 10mg yet

I agree. I think the obsession over half an inch in length and girth leads many men to inflatables, when Malleable’s are just half an inch to one inch shorter and possibly same girth with engorgement !
