For compounding pharmacies to get certified to compound drugs for injecting they have to have clean rooms that can be sterile far above what is required for the general compounding pharmacy. Most compounders aren't certified to make injection drugs. You'll never be able to replicate that level of sterility at home. However, if I could get a certified sterile vial with sealed stopper and sterile bacteriostatic water I'd be very tempted to give dilution a try. Or if the sterile bacteriostatic water vials are cheap enough just waste the contents needed to make room for your dilution. That is by no means a recomendation to try it. It's your dick! I'm just a bubba typing in an online forum. I don't know shit! I don't know if you can get syringes smaller than .3ml that don't already have needles permanently attached that are too short to properly inject with.
