Hello , newly implanted with a tactra 27 X 13. Very satisfied. Would urge all people with erectile dysfunction to get a malleable or inflatable. I opted for a malleable as it is more natural and no woman has been able to tell.

22cm titan is great too! My other family members all have titans and ams, titan 28 and ams 24+4! Implanted in the USA.

Some more information about me:

I am a young man in my 20s
I had hard flaccid in which my flaccid penile would contract to 5” and probably 3” girth, originally was 7” flaccid and 7.9” erect and 6.4” girth
Am an Indian male by ethnicity but grew up in the USA
I was implanted in Singapore. Very clean facilities, expert surgeons and great language- singlish. Very funny!
