Day three

Excruciating stinging pain in the perineum (9 out of 10 pain). Grape sized swellings on the side of the penis full of liquid.

Called the night number and they recommended I go to ER. Doctor there says this is fine and normally the results of the surgery are worse and I shouldn’t worry.

Adding THC gummies to the heavy painkillers made the pain go away enough that I could sleep.

In the morning removed the bandages around the scrotum, turns out they were the culprit of the stinging pain somehow and it since has gone away.

Also solved the riddle of the 22 versus 24 cm. Looking at the surgery report it says I got 2 cm rear tip extenders bringing up to 24.

Bit of a scare in the night, but feeling okay right now not really any pain at the moment.

Day four.

Pain has lately subsided to a numb feeling. Penis is curving one way and there are still these fluid filled sacks on one side…checking in with the doctor regarding the curving got me a rather unfriendly response from Dr Love about what I’m expecting.

He says bend is normal and will straighten out when inflated. No comment on the other bits I guess I just have to wait and see, and hope it’s all fine.

Otherwise mostly just feeling exhausted but not too bad.

Day 6

Minor pain across multiple areas, but very bearable.

Incision doesn't want to heal, probably is going to scar.

I can feel the tubing in various areas of the penis, feels like a weird balloon inside and is very artificial to touch. Hope this will go away.

Nauseous and a tad delirious - might be the medications.

So far, so weird. Hoping it will be good in a month - right now not impressed with feeling, size or the weird curve. Hope that will become better too.

Day 11

Generally no distinct problems: everything is just sore. Pernineum, balls, cock, sides, the whole lot. Persistent by bearable. It has gone worse however, not sure that is to worry about, still under a 5/10 threshold.

Swelling and bruises have largely disappeared.

Horniness is through the roof. My current partners are not complaining as I still have sex with them, just not getting off. Thankfully enjoy sex purely from a giver role, but not being able to even masturbate is haaaaard.

I guess it depends on your definition of sex. In mine not all sex requires me to put a penis into a vagina or other orifice….

Day 14

Everything still sore, with the meds having little impact. Mostly my perineum and the bottom of my shaft when I ensure the penis is pointing upwards.

No more bruises or other signs of past damage. Incision is healed, but it healed badly because of the requirement to point the penis towards belly button - it put pressure and awkward angle on incision wound. Probably will scare heavily.

Pump sits nicely at bottom of sack behind the balls, but tube is bending forward between the balls, feels overly long - hope that's not a sign of the reservoir moving downwards from where it should be...?

Follow up is still 1 month away, feels weird to not have a check-in in between: with no experience of surgery it's hard to tell whether things are right.

It doesn't sound like you have an infection, so there's no need to panic.
