Urgent - Advice Needed

Hey guys, it's been a while. I've got a problem I need your help with. I was implanted by a local uro here in Central Mass in March 2023. Everything was fine for the first year until I could no longer inflate my device. I would pump the bulb once then it would go flat, and I couldn't pump it anymore. I did all of the trouble shooting stuff recommended here on FT but no results. I called my uro to set up an appointment and try to resolve this matter but around one week later I was able to use my implant as usual. I cancelled the appointment.

Fast forward to one month ago. Same situation. Only this time the problem persisted for around one month. Same deal, call my uro, set up an appointment, and this time he had me take a CT scan. CT scan didn't show anything unusual. In the meantime, anticipating a revision, I called a high volume, very well thought of implant surgeon in Eastern Mass. I told him what had happened, and he suggested that this was probably going to be an ongoing problem. He recommended a revision.

Just got back from my local uro this morning and he suggested that since everything is okay now that I don't require a revision. He said he talked with the AMS rep and they said it sounds like a "sticky bulb".

So here's the $99,000 question, do I get the revision from the high-volume surgeon in Eastern Mass or do I hang tight with what I've got?
I'm already leaning one way, but I want to hear what you guys have to say especially guys who have had a similar situation as mine. Looking forward to your feedback!

Sorry, just re-read my OP, and I probably didn't make it clear. My implant currently works. It was out of commission for one month and now it magically works again.
