Cylinders not so hard. Undersized?

Postby Sempiternal » Fri Nov 22, 2024 2:54 am

I’m 11.5 weeks post op. I feel the cylinders hard towards the glans and shaft. The cylinders are stretching the tighter skin there. However, towards the base and fat pad, it doesn’t feel like a tight stretch, at all. Skin feels loose at base and fat pad, and makes erection feel weaker. Fully pumped, feels like a 70% erection. I can move my erect penis sideways about 1 inch, and upwards/downwards about 2 inches.

Was I undersized or will this improve with time?

how far into your glans do the cylinder tips reach?

And also, how do you know you are at 100% inflation? The pump gets too hard that you cannot pump anymore, or the pump runs out of fluid?

The tips go well into the glans. It’s just the base and fat pad that doesn’t feel right.

I pump until the bulb is too hard to press. Or, sometimes I’m able to get a few more squeezes but it doesn’t add to the erection hardness.
I can pump infinitely, but there is no noticeable difference in hardness

There is more fat and tissue around the base. This sounds normal. I’m about 1/2” bigger at base than I am behind glands. Can’t see how this would relate to undersized implant. Generally undersized implant leaves a floppy glands or zero pressure in tips when fully pumped. You’re still early in,so just give it time. You could still have some swelling around the base also.
