How many squeezes do you reach the maximum of the prosthesis?

With how many complete pumps do you inflate your prosthesis to the maximum? Mine with 8 becomes hard I feel like it is the maximum but they are very small I want to know if this is the maximum or can I still hope that it will expand I am still 1.5 cm in circumference to reach what I had before the surgery

I'm not sure what size prosthesis I have but I imagine it's an 18 cm one.

This has been asked many times before. A search will find many threads about this. The answer is most always that there are too many variables to have any guide to go by. There are many different sizes and types of cylinders and pumps. Men have different hand strength. So, pumps are different. The time to wait between pumps for the bulb to refill. Right now, you need to follow your doctors' protocol for cycling as much as you can. You may want to ask your doctor about adding pumps after 5 or so minutes inflated. If you are given the ok, then you can try that. If not wait until you are released for the doctors' care to try it or anything else you have read about on this or any other web site,

Yes, that's individual and also depends on how strong one is able to squeeze.
Before I'm planing to have sex, I have like 30 squeezes for around 50% and add than another 20 or 30 for oral and another 20-30 for a steel-hard dick, if I feel, my sexual partner likes it harder.

Luis, the guys on here are right, you’ll get all kinds of answers for pumps. It varies with different sizes installed in us and the different manufacturer of the implants.
When I got my cycling training at 6 weeks, I could barely get in 10 pumps and it hurt like heck, squeezing the pump with my still sore scrotum and my bruised, still sore and numb dick.

For a while during my first year I would pump very fast and it would take 60 to 70 pumps like Bionic Dan said in his post to get super hard.

At the two year and currently, I squeeze the pump slowly, wall to wall pumps where you can tell the the pump bulb inner walls are touching each other and I let the pump bulb fill completely before I squeeze again. I can get around 25 pumps going slow, then I left the tissue stretch for a few minutes and I can get 5 to 7 more half pumps until I’m steel rod hard.

Luis, you’ll figure out what best works for you.
Make sure you follow your doctors protocol with cycling your implant and pulling down on your pump bulb to prevent it from migrating up into your scrotum.

I’m about the same as Sworks17. About 20-25 to get really hard. Maybe a 4-5 more til my pump goes flat and I’m out of fluid but absolutely rock hard at this point. At first inflation I only got 4-5. By 6 months I was up to 16 then by 8-10 months I was in the mid 20s. Combination of pump softening up, hand strength increased and cylinders get much softer and easier to fill by 10-12 months. At the 13 month point I maxed and ran out of fluid. Worried that I had a leak at first but it still takes the same amount of pumps at 2-1/2 years so guess it’s simply out of fluid. Have a close friend that got implanted by same Dr a week before I did and he experienced the exact same thing.

Right now I'm at 5 months post surgery. For the first few weeks, I couldn't get past 4 pumps. Currently I'm at about 12 pumps and I'm pretty damned hard. Usually I can get another 2 half pumps after a few minutes. I once got to about 14 pumps with very little discomfort.

At 8 pumps I'm hard enough for intercourse, but I know there's more volume available

Rider1400, hoe can you feel that you are running out of fluid? Does it stop pumping?
I never had the filling to run out of fluid and could always add at least 2-5 mini pumps.

Far more pumps than I wish. 90 to 100 to get rock hard. Yes I have excellent hand strength and these are full pumps. At 100 the fluid is gone and the pump is flat. I really think my pump isn't very efficient I've had it long enough to have tried everything and know what I'm doing
Anyone else have this problem? The implant work great and I've had no complaint as far as it working like it should

this is spot on for me as well, almost never need the iron hammer.

simple answer is its variable based on the implant, size, how your squeezing, etc. Usually with time from surgery increases the number and ease of pumping gets higher and much easier.
