Malleable Implanted (Tactra 27X13)
Re: Malleable Implanted (Tactra 27X13)
Well I had a Rigicon implanted 6-2023 .. then 2-2024 right rod started shifting due to under sizing fat forward to 6-2024 implant remove another proper size implant put in. The implant of 6-2023 I could bend to some extent .. this new fucker does not bend at all ..same brand "supposedly" .. I have lost faith in the dr's being honest and I'm going to be interested in hearing what he says when I go back in May 2025 11 months out and still cannot bend this implant.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

easymoney, did the revision up the diameter of the rods?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Re: Malleable Implanted (Tactra 27X13)
my implantologist said...do you want to solve ED forever? put an implant and solve ED forever, I put the implant, he screwed up the money, it ruined my life, (because the pills still worked for me in high doses), and he said goodbye to me, he made me spend a lot of money for magnetic resonance and trips to go to his distant studio, promising me a revision, to date almost 2 years I have been waiting for a revision, if he doesn't give it to me I will never stop disgracing him, at least I will save new brothers who want to make a implanted by him, I have already saved one, I will save others
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

No rods started off 13mm and next implant were 13mm also but the length went from 17cm to 20cm .. it was undersized and I was getting a rod that was coming out from behind the glans ..

What do you mean by "was getting a rod thst was coming out from behind the glans"?

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

You're actually right, even my doctor only publishes good results, in fact he doesn't publish mine, he left me forgotten
A hypothetical scenario we definitely don’t want.
Operating Room:
-Surgeon fills the corpora with sterile saline
-Measures the length and girth like a proud baker
-Inserts 9.5mm rods
-Measures again, no size lost! (Oh yeah, that saline is still in the dick right?)
-Immediately uploads a YouTube video
Two Days Later:
-The same surgeon posts another YouTube video, this time featuring "happy patient" with Rigi10/Tactra....
Reality Check:
-Patient removes the dressing after 48 hours
-Saline has vanished into the body like a magician's coffee
-Patient has severe venous leak and poor blood flow
-Patient looks down and be like.. "I have a pencil dick now!
-Realizes the surgeon went full minimalist with those 9.5mm rods
How come there are no video uploads to fix infections, undersizing or erosion issues by "other" "bad" surgeons?
Not judging any surgeons. Real-world experience and YouTube stardom may not always mix well.
This isn’t hypothetical this is the reality. This Sabharwal guy is a magician, he knows how to make it look good. What you see is not what you get. When you look down post op, there will ALWAYS be length and girth loss

As bizarre as it sounds, I now see how routinely undersizing implant diameters to achieve adequate tissue pliability is the true art of malleable implant surgery. Smaller diameters bend more easily.
If size matters to the patient,
He is royally screwed, BUT his ED is cured!

I have proved this is a myth, showing many in the telegram who can attest I still have a flaccid length of over 6.5 inches and flaccid girth of 6 inches. Another myth- Malleable’s mean huge size loss!

Okay. End of the world, patient gets a 11 instead of a 13, not a big deal. It’s 2 mm of difference even Tariq Hakky says it’s irrelevant.
