I don’t hide the fact that I have an implant from my dates. I inflate in front of them. It’s never been an issue. Sometimes they are curious. They ask if it hurts.
I am rethinking this. Maybe it would be more romantic if I concealed that my erection is not natural.

As for me, my inflated shaft is basically undetectable at all levels.
There are no lumps or bumps anywhere
and it looks exactly like my pre-surgery erection was
before my prostatectomy. No detectable difference in any way, shape or form.
