Sexually Active Guys: How Often Do You Cycle Daily?

This question really concerns the longevity of the device, I suppose. Between daily cycling and personal use, I've been inflating my device about four times a day. Is this too much? Is there, like, a prescribed limit on how often the device should be used?

Also, a question about complete deflation. Is the totally flaccid state safe for the implant? Or does it increase the risk of wear and tear at the fold?

As my signature tells it, this is my first rodeo with the IPP, which I've compared to a first child: I'm probably being overly cautious. But there are so many things the surgeons just don't tell you. Thank God for this board!

I cycle once per day for approximately 2-3 hours. In order to keep the penis a bit fuller, more natural looking I deflate it completely then give about 3-5 pumps.

i pump it up maximum before sleeping. and keep it pumped untill next morning.

but that is because i got the implant in march and i am still stretching and such.

I was advised that after a year or so just normal use is enough to keep the tissue from shrinking, at that point it is what it is in terms of stretching any further. I haven't regularly cycled for about a year now, and I'm still measuring the same that I was when I hit the peak. I inflate when *necessary* for whatever needs to be done at the time, and haven't felt a stretch like I did for the first 6 months or so for a very long time.

Now, my concern has moved away from making sure the tissue is stretched to not wearing out a mechanical device. EVERY mechanical device ever produced has a point at which it will fail. IMO, no need to use up cycles needlessly at this point, so I don't worry about any sort of cycling regimen.

Can I ask why you leave it inflated so long? Any pain?
I leave it inflated for an hour. I will try 90 mins to 2 hours

At 4 years in, I pump a few times a week, I enjoy the stretch and sometimes it calls me… for more
Im at 50 ish pumps for a good stretch but 20 pumps is great for playing around too.

Well, I never cycled on a regular basis when first implanted. I was unaware it was something you should do until I found FT at 5 months post. Then I started cycling for about three months and saw less than 1/8" gain in length so I gave up. Before that I did inflate most days though, just not for long periods of time. Not sure if I would have gained length if I had cycled daily.
