Must be one in the vast minority I guess, I have had less sensation for the nearly 3 years since implant. I might have an intercourse orgasm about 10% of the time. I had less sensation for 12-18 months after my Titan implant in 2019, it came back gradually, I still have difficulty having an orgasm during sex,, but the sensation I am feeling is great. I have some concerns regarding sensation after implant. A lot of the literature, doctors, and patients are focused on pleasing the partner, not the patient himself. I see almost no discussion of sensation and pleasure in implant patients, even on this board. A lot of guys are all about pleasing this or that girl or guy.

I honestly don't care about people-pleasing. If I'm going to have an irreversible body modification done, I have to put myself first and not do it for other people. If it isn't going to feel very good to me first, I won't bother.

So forget partners. How does it feel to you? Would you have done this as a single guy just to enjoy jerking off a few times a week?

I don't think I have seen anybody posting about enjoying solo sex after implant. Reading between the lines, something seems to be missing from the picture.

It worries me that over a few years I have seen a number of people, some of them quite young, post that they don't jerk off with the implant, don't use it at all when not dating for long periods, don't inflate for long periods, and so on. This suggests to me that perhaps it just doesn't feel all that good. What's up with this? Does it not feel as good as a natural dick?

Nothing beats a natural erection. I only got implant because pills didn’t work and injections started to cause early signs of Peyronies. Orgasm is as easy as pre implant, and just as strong. Would only be implanted if pills and injections don’t work / or cause Peyronies. Implant will not correct premature ejaculation, as an fyi

Hi donkey kong . I don’t masturbate because I never masturbated much in general. The mental benefits to know you can perform, and you’re a macho man are immense. After getting an implant, I regained my feeling of masculinity, and no longer suffer from anxiety. It’s a great feeling. It feels different from a natural dick, but the feeling is 100% there during sex and 80% there during masturbation. Mind you I never enjoyed masturbation much in the first place.

Great question. I'm curious as well. The very fact that so many of them rave about things like "I can fuck for 2 hours straight and give her multiple orgasms" seems like the sensitivity has decreased, leading to delayed orgasms, which could be a blessing in disguise for those wanting longer sessions!

Maybe that's not a welcome effect for those preferring to jack off in a 5-minute quickie masturbation session?

I realize I sound like a broken record here but, its why I say over and over, it gets better and better for a year or more after the implant surgery even beyond. Your brain is your largest sex organ if and when your head feels and excepts your new parts is when you will reep the sexual rewards. Take it from a solo artist Lol, ( wife has no interest) it takes time and the practice is helpful too. 4 years in im enjoying my implant like a crazed school boy of late because I was able to expand to same sex contact. I’ll chime in and agree. It took 8-10 months to gradually get back to where I was… which was already losing some sensitivity I feel due to using a VED excessively for 3 months daily before implant. I’ve struggled for previous 2-3 years with climaxing and still struggle since implanted. I don’t connect any of it to the actual implant. It didn’t change my self pleasure much, if anything I might take care of myself slightly more often as I can pump it up any time without pills and for that last year injections. Keep in mind that some of the guys on here are well into their 70s and even older and don’t have the stamina or strength as some of the new upcoming younger implantees. With age comes a natural decrease in desire…. At least for some.

I don’t think there is a loss of sensation. Rather, I feel there is some shifting in sensation and how it feels. Before my operation I knew what pressure where on my dick would give me exactly what I want. Afterwards, it was switched around for a while. However, after 7 months I guess I have learned my new dick. I woke up yesterday super horny and alone. It took maybe 2 minutes to pump up, jack, and cum. I think I’ve gotten the hang of it!

If you have no interest in sex and just want to masturbate and can do so without being very hard, by all means keep at it. I’m always amused by these questions that want to evaluate the finer points of having an implant. If your dick doesn’t get hard and you want it to, get an implant. If your dick does get hard, or if you don’t care if it gets hard, don’t get an implant. It’s pretty easy!

After my surgery, it took two months before I was able to ejaculate for the first time. I was worried that things might not work out. Now, I’m happy to say I ejaculate daily, sometimes even twice a day. With my wife, it’s usually every other day, and on the other days, I masturbate. The orgasms are incredibly intense.
