Im at 50 ish pumps for a good stretch but 20 pumps is great for playing around too.

How? i have a maximum of 43 pumps. and i am not capeable of more. Not the size, but there isen't enough fluid orso, the bulb is like empty for me, it has a dent in both sides where i place my fingers.

My reservore is 100 or 110, I forgot exactly.
When my pump was not fully broken in I would routinely pump 60 or more but now the pump doesn’t really fight back, much easier to pump,ie fuller consistent pumps.

The top Drs generally recommend pumping twice daily for about 30 minutes for the first 6mo to a year. I did this for the first year and then after that just as needed. I gradually gained all my length back plus a little girth by the 11th month. At 13 months I ran out of fluid so at this point I was definitely maxed and stopped pumping except for use. There’s been several mentions by the top Drs that it’s not health to leave it pumped up to max for long periods of time(as in all nite). Can damage tissues and cause sensitivity issues by holding nerves at full stretch. First few months was very uncomfortable to do it so I stayed with the recommended 2 times daily for 30 minutes. By the 3 rd month on I actually looked forward to it and enjoyed the routine of getting to have a rock hard dick twice a day, which is something I hadn’t had in may years. Been a little over 2-1/2 years now and loving it more and more every day!

I'm 6 years in with my Coloplast Titian. Pump it up just about every morning, wife likes to play with it and I don't mind . I have had no problems and love the thing! I leave it up for well over an hour most days including during my morning shower. I'm not big, a little over 5", but love my dick.

Over 6 years. at least every day. many days I leave it at 10 to 15 pumps all day. 40 is rock hard and hurts after 30 minutes.

Oh, my hospital contacted the manufacturer of AMS 700, and the stated max 12 hours a day fully pumped. so whole nights is okay. i even have it in writing from the hospital on the portal but in dutch.

Not doubting you at all! Just first time to ever hear this as a recommended practice. Perito actually says in a video that it’s a bad idea. Oh well. Every Dr has their own opinions. Eid starts pumping on 3rd day. Clavel waits 4-6 weeks. To each their own.

I don’t see the pump. Is it hidden behind the balls slightly upwards? If yes, does it cause problems pushing in between the thigh and taint area when you wear a tight underwear to conceal the penis?

I don’t see the pump. Is it hidden behind the balls slightly upwards? If yes, does it cause problems pushing in between the thigh and taint area when you wear a tight underwear to conceal the penis?

I only have one developed testicle, the left, the right testicle is about the size of a marble and is high in the sack, my pump is below it which not only fills out my sack, but makes it very easy to get to.
