LOL,,,, Jump a plane,,,, the wifey would love too have 2 implants pounding her at the same time.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

MPP was a day surgery, no pain meds, very little bruising, less chance of infection, I was actually using it within 2 weeks, stayed the same length, lost about a 1/2" of girth from the IPP.
I would say the MPP is more like a natural erection due to more sensation at the glans, I had a hard time to reach orgasm with the IPP (which the wifey hated not getting rewarded)
absolutely hard enough for any kind of sex, and trust me the she has put it thru all of the positions, entry options and then some.
The wifey is a daily MPP enthusiast, some days are 2 or 3 sessions, I had a hard time to get the grass cut this past summer, but I guess I'm as bad as her, I did chase her down on the lawn mower a few times.
We have been traveling for the last 2 weeks and the entire trip has been different skirts and heels each day with BJ pit stops now and then, by early afternoon she is already looking for a hotel.
OK, To get back on subject,,, I love it, she loves it,,, I don't have any regrets at all........

theDriver, I'm glad to hear you are satisfied with your MPP after several failures with the IPP.

You've got me thinking that if I ever have a problem with my IPP that I'll switch to a MPP.

I do have a few questions, since you have been able to put it through its paces with your hot wife of 22 years.

My wife likes for my AMS 700 LGX to be pumped to the max because she likes it hard and she likes to feel it against her clit when we are in the missionary position and I'm pulling my body and my dick upwards putting pressure against her clit.
1. Can you do this with a MPP, where it will be ridged enough to pull upwards and rub against a women's clit without it bending?

My wife has complained about my IPP showing when we are out in public when I wear certain things. It will really shows when I wear sweat pants, so I have to wear long shirts to hide the bulge. I've had my AMS 700 LGX for 3 years now, so she doesn't complain as much now because she has gotten use to it. I have a 18cm IPP with 3cm rear tip extenders, so I'm at 6 1/4 fully pumped. I'm in decent shape for an almost 67 year old.

Since you have a MPP, you're inflated all the time fully, so all you have to do is pull it up and you're ready to go, right? I usually pump mine up ahead of time because my wife likes for me to be ready to go when she is hot and ready for it, and she'll ask again after we've started to bang, if I've got it as hard as it will go. :D :D :D ;)
I had my surgery at a military hospital in San Antonio, Texas, I'm sort of surprised that a MPP wasn't even talked about as an option.

2. Do you push yours down where it is against one of your legs or do you pull it up against your belly when you're not using it?

Thanks for any answers in advance.

philippines buddy . a 60ish year dude can have a young chick . .....but you have to be here . etc

All over the world you can find a paid woman .. Thailand and Philippines and Vietnam are the best .. parts of Africa and Caribbean too.. parts of India ..

I would stay out of the Caribbean, I lived there for 14 years, they are all diseased S.A. sex workers. The strippers at the upscale clubs are all Russian and East block girls. Gorgeous but expensive. Costa Rica is worth a shot. Beautiful woman there.

Is it a sugar daddy thing in Philippines or more like Tinder hookup?

You have to understand the dynamics of the country. The women are poorer and need a man who’ll take care of the family. Every western man is expected to take care of the family. So he obviously takes care of her by paying for meals rent etc as any normal boyfriend does and the occasional money to the family or help to buffaloes and shit etc. she provides the sex and does the girlfriend wife duties of cooking. So the women there like foreign men because foreign men are richer less absuive and let’s face it we are much longer and thicker .

What kind of monthly nut buys you a nice looking girl?

One month is not bad. Good for you. I thought there would be a long waiting list for "quality or life" surgeries in Canada.

Just to let you know, that I am in BC and I just saw a urologist for a Trimix script. I asked him about Malleable's if came to that one day. It is a two year lead in here. I am hoping the Trimix lasts me a long time.
The Urologist said that I can only get an inflatable in BC and doesn''t recommend the malleable. But that seems to be the case with N.A urolgists.

Wow, 2 years in BC and just 1 month in Ontario! Is it based on demand? Can you get it from Ontario or will you be tied to your residencial province only?

I am tied here for the time being, company just lost its contract after 25 years so tossed to the side at 67.

LastHope wrote:As I dug through my old archives, I found a consult summary. The individual had a consultation with Dr. Eid about malleables. This was personally shared in a Malleable WhatsApp group by the patient, and it looks like I've saved it in my archives. It talks about malleables but there is an endorsement for Coloplast Genesis by Dr. Eid.

From Dr. Eid's YouTube channel, I noticed that he has a special preference for the Coloplast brand in general.

Beginning of Consult summary:
"A minority of IPP infected patients wish to keep the salvage malleables long term.

Due to the constant hardened state, over the years, the skin around the implant loosens, and the base will eventually wobble, such that it will drop naturally by gravity. So when you have sex, you will need to physically 'lift it with your hand and place it into position'; those were his words exactly.

He also said that the irony is that over years, a malleable ends up being less firm vs. an inflatable implant due to this issue. However, he said it is not a problem functionally.

The infection rate of a malleable is less than inflatable, close to 0; doesn't know why for sure, but it hardly ever gets infected.

Glans engorgement with malleable may be better than with inflatable because inflatable expands so much and is so hard that it can restrict blood flow.

Over time, the tissue around the malleable will expand, increasing girth. However, because of the tissue expansion, the base will become wobbly over time. After many years, you will need to take it with your hand to place it into position because it will no longer be firm enough at the base. However, the hardness of the shaft does not change.

Said 'Coloplast is the best' because it has a 'slippery coating' that makes it easier for the surgeon to slide it in and place it perfectly accurately. Also mentioned that it's good for bending/concealability.

No bruising will be present on the shaft after surgery.

3 weeks post-surgery cleared for sex.

Incision is vertical on the scrotum and not noticeable after surgery.

Erosion happens when the surgeon does not do perfect placement initially. If the surgeon does the job exactly right, erosion will not occur.

Over the years, some degree of tissue atrophy will occur due to the constant hard state. This means the glans will become smaller and tissue thinner. This is the major advantage of inflatable over malleable.

Expectation is that the malleable will last for life without need for revisions.

So when he said this, I asked as a follow-up, 'Have you seen a patient with a malleable for 20 years?' and he took his hand and moved it side to side like imitating the implant flopping all over the place and said, 'This is what it looks like'. The implant is not changing, but the tissue around the implant is loosening up to the point that the base is no longer firm, and it just drops in the direction of gravity. So you pick it up with your hand, put it inside, and then it stays where it's put, basically.

Because the rod is a fixed object, and that hardness never changes over time. The tissue is loosening around the rod due to the constant pressure, and girth increases, but your erection is always as hard as the rod. So basically, the shaft hardness never changes, but at the base, it becomes wobbly over the years.

My takeaway from the consultation is that the biggest advantages of malleable are lifetime survivability, ability for instant/spontaneous usage, and possibly better blood flow to the glans, which equals more comfort/sensitivity, and the biggest drawbacks are glans atrophy & loss of firmness at the base over time.

For the question about which brand of malleable he personally recommends to patients, his response was: 'Coloplast is the best' and 'you can expect to have it for life'!"
End of Consult summary

Do you still use a VED with a malleable?

I have a mallabble and was told by my surgeon who does the largest volume of mallabbles in the US not to continue to use a VED because it could possibly stretch the tissue out and make the glans floppy ..
