This is reassuring. I always had the dreadful impression that if you were undersized then that was length lost due to the scarring that naturally occurs. Come to think of it, how is it possible to regain that length after being undersized?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

But as most worldwide doctors he still prefer the IPP to make a fortune on our behalf

So true! Does MPP surgical procedure cost less than IPP in Egypt? I was thinking the cost difference is almost the same.

It costed me 3150 USD
While in the same time on July 2022 the IPP would cost me around 21000 USD

Hi Mbambo! i am considering Ghattas for a revision, i wanted to ask you how was your experience with him? would you recommend him or not?

ED about 14 years. Pills worked for 12 years, later worked 50%. Tried almost everything, nothing worked: Shockwave-Testosterone-PRP-Stem Cells-Botox, Etc

Hi Discovernew, if you're looking into doctors in Egypt, I'd also recommend considering Dr. Osama Shaeer. I've heard he's highly regarded.

Injections helped me screw for hours. She came well and enjoyed.
Pills don’t work
Type 2 diabetes and multiple medications are suspected to be the cause. I get it.

My main question is about the malleable implant?
I think that I want it as the first procedure. I read that many men with three piece rigs have gone to malleable after failures with the pumps and other issues

I also want the recovery to be as mild as possible. Assuming that the three piece involves my abdomen and scrotom.

Any thoughts?
I’d appreciate responses

Thank you

off the topic may be but try Berberine supplement for type 2 diabetes.i used Berberine for 3months and reverse my type 2 to normal.....sorry for off the topic comments

I've actually had a consultation with him, he is a great guy and explains things very well. He does consultations online for $30 as well.

But I am trying to find patients from either of the Dr's, I like to speak to the patients directly and get feedback but I haven't been able to find any

Good to know. He sounds highly trustworthy to me. Good luck finding a patient of him here.

Lasthope, since you don't have a signature I need to ask you, what implant do you have and who implanted you? Do you have a thread with your journey?

Thanks for asking. My partner was advised to undergo a kidney transplant, and our minds are occupied with that and trips to dialysis machines. All plans are on hold at the moment.

If nothing is stopping us, this is my goal:

Plan A: I have a visa for India valid for 8 more months from my previous business trip. I have scheduled a virtual appointment with a high-volume surgeon in India regarding a malleable, and I plan to proceed with that option and be done with it.

Plan B: If my new insurance plan in 2025 covers an IPP, I intend to visit Dr. Hakky for a Titan.

Plan C: In the event I experience a revision within 10 years (and I will for sure), I will go for a malleable. If it lasts more than 10 years, I will get the IPP again.
