As time goes by, does more compression mean wear?

Does more compression over time mean implant wear?
Is there anyone with an implant who has pumped more than 18 times now?
I have titan, I started with 8, now I'm 18 in 1 year.

You mean how many pumps to erect? That is going to vary depending on how full of a pump is given.
However, yes it will take more pumps as the Titan softens. You may also notice some length and/or girth increases.
My Titan takes between 25 and 40 pumps. More pumps because sometimes my pump isn't a full squeeze.

Mine started at 14 pumps and now 9 months later it’s at 18 to 21 pumps…

Side note: According to the Doctor, using vacuum erectile devices (VED) are good 8 weeks after surgery for making it hang better. Maybe also softening it up too. Using the VED for 10 minutes 3 times a week also helps straighten residual peyronies curvature. I believe it really helps.

I noticed this excerpt from Dr. Eid's website and this appears to be his opinion.

....patients with larger cylinders require more squeezes of the pump to obtain an erection which can decrease the life expectancy of the pump and tubing connecting the penile pump to the implant cylinders.

Early on, it took 30 full pumps for my Titan. Two and a half years later, it takes 60 full pumps to get to about 90% inflation which is where I use it.

How often is it used and how old is it?
and how many times do you pump?
