Penis suspender after surgery to keep the penis point up

Postby Eloquent » Thu Dec 19, 2024 5:01 am

Hello,

do you have any recommendations or links for underwear or suspenders to keep the penis point up, I think it helps much the penis angle for me.

Best regards

Some say get old pair of underwear and cut elastic band off and strap him up.

I wish! I’m nine months post-op and I still haven’t found anything that provides proper support. If anyone knows a good solution, please share it with the rest of us!

Check out Krakatoa brand. They have a bunch of styles that have roomier pouches and some pouches that wound allow your penis to be pointed up.

What support do you need after 9 months? I thought it's only needed right after surgery to help with scarring.

Scarring would be one benefit but also the overall penis shape and its direction.

Hello nuance!

An implant simply cannot get as soft as a naturally flaccid penis. The cylinders terminate in hard end-caps behind the glans that can cause discomfort in certain situations. For me, there are specific exercises (for instance, weighted WTA's on an inclined bench) which press the pelvis against a rigid surface. If my boy-parts don't have sufficient support, it friggin hurts! I also ride a motorcycle which can result in endless re-adjusting if there isn't proper support. I mean, do you want to sit on your implant? I know I don't! Ouch...

Admittedly, even after nine months, I find I'm still slowly healing and my comfort level gradually improves month after month. Maybe I'll eventually reach a point where I no longer feel any discomfort? I hope so. But, for now, better support is entirely welcome! I don't think my experience is unusual. Other implant patients have stated that it took them a full year to completely adjust to their bionic bits.

I tried many things, purchased several types of underwear and jockstraps, and I finally found something that works for me. FYI, I am only on day nine of a very tough recovery. Jockey briefs with a pouch work really well. They certainly don’t look great, but I find that if you pull them up high, you have the testicles in the pouch and it keeps the penis pointed up straight. You could also put some extra cushioning in there like a sock or something if that helps you. I am wearing a baby sock on my penis because it is still bruised. I strongly suggest you order a size up and you should be good. I am providing the Amazon link here:
