Not sure how this happened but I came inside my wife last night for the very first time since implanted 2 years ago. It's always been manual stimulation after sex to get off. Knowing me it's purely psychological. I thought those days were over for me. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Mine are manual stimulation as well but my implant isn't working and I don't get the same feeling or stimulation on the glans as I used to. When it was working I did have reduced feeling in my glans when pumped up which I believe are most likely from where they punch the needles through the glans to pull the cylinders up into place, I've heard from some others that you regain that feeling back and to be honest I had gotten a lot of the feeling back in mine before it failed at around the 6 months mark. Maybe when they did yours they hit a nerve and reduced your feeling as well and it's just now getting healed up enough?

I also had floppy head from day 1 and that too I thought was forever. It reversed itself about a year and a half in. How did yours fail??

Second was implanted June 2023 and failed Jan 2024, I think at the connector between the pump and reservoir. Next and hopefully last revision for a long time is tentatively scheduled for Feb 18th 2025 with Dr Hakky.

I couldn't imagine. The stories such as yours with failures is incredible. Did you originally use Hakky?

How did they not find the leak during the surgery? They inflate and deflate it a few times. I guess it was too small to notice…

Alex258 - no it was a different surgeon, using Hakky to get everything done right this time.

Nuance - I think it could have been a week spot in the cylinder, like maybe a air bubble that popped after being under pressure for so long or that maybe while in recovery after surgery one of the nurses administered a pain block. Not sure how though and yes he inflated it before implant, while it was in before closing internal stitches and again after stitching me up. Just my bad luck rearing it's ugly head.
